Our HAMPTON STYLE LAKESIDE VILLA, is perfectly located on the BEACHSIDE of SANDESTIN RESORT. The condo was completely renovated in 2007. It is in immaculate condition and beautiful!!!
A panoramic view of the lake greets you with lakeview visibility from the living areas and master bedroom.
The spacious, open floor plan promotes interaction from kitchen to lakeshore.
Rich, handsome hardwood flooring, antique furnishings & tranquil colors, popular along the gulf coast, set the mood for a memorable vacation.
Meal preparation will be a delight in this fully stocked, modern kitchen with shaker style cabinetry, granite counter tops & top of the line LG aluminum appliances.
Upstairs, the bedroom areas promote total rest & relaxation. A large master bedroom with king size bed & built-in cabinetry overlooks the lake. The 2nd bedroom has been furnished with twin beds for flexibility in sleeping accommodations. Each bedroom has its own full bath with marble counter tops & deep tubs for ultimate luxury. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains for sleeping late.
The comfortable, roomy sofa is perfect for sleeping as well & with the 1/2 bath located on the first floor, this villa can comfortably accommodate 6 persons.
A full size LG front loading washer/dryer has been provided as an added convenience.
Relax in privacy on the two large patios. One patio is on the lakeside and one total privacy patio is located off the kitchen. Both patios offer seating and tables for outside dining. Also, both patios have shade! For the fishermen in the family catch-and-release trout fishing is located right outside your door!
Ambience is set for relaxing evenings against the backdrop of the lighted lake fountain.
All of the conveniences of home have been provided for your stay including a selection of reading materials, games, DVD player, DVD movies, cable TV & high-speed Internet access.

- Lakefront: This condo is situated directly on a lovely lake. The view is awesome. You can catch and release fish just off of the back deck area. At night there is a lighted fountain. The view is absolutely perfect. Also, the back deck has good shade for hot days.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this past weekend on April 13th-15th. The villa was conveniently located, easy to find, and the view of the lake was gorgeous. The villa had everything that we possibly could need during our stay and the appliances were great. The luxurious bedding and deep tubs were fabulous. We are all teachers down on our spring break and got some much needed R&R. We will definitely call you to make reservations again on our next beach trip. Kristen Mims
