The unit has underground parking to ensure your car is always safe and secure as you will not need it because everything from restaurants, to bars, to sushi is right across the street. The vacation is a breeze when you step out of you car and ride the elevator to the sixth floor where you step into this three-story, three-bedroom, three-bathroom, luxury condominium.
Step out the front door and hop on the free town shuttle that is only one stop from the ski resort making it a short five-minute ride to the mountain. Walk across the street to McDonalds, Mexican food, barbecue, Italian, bakery, coffee, sushi, liquor store, souvenirs, yoga studio, massage clinic, hiking trails, or Winter Park's best nightlife.
The main floor of the condominium welcomes you with a great room, vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, sectional sofa, eight-person dining room table, breakfast-bar, kitchen, a patio, and eight-foot windows that look out over the Grand County mountains and the town of Winter Park. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, skylights, Jacuzzi tub, and full bathroom. The second bedroom is great for two couples or a bunch of kids. It is equipped with queen-size, pull-down bed and a sofa,TV, and bathroom. The loft is furnished with two single beds, and bathroom.

Cozy place in a Winter Wonderland

I have been to this specific location twice- once for a family vacation and once for a girls trip and I had an absolute blast both times! The property was cozy, clean and in walking distance to a lot of fun places. I didn't even need a car for my girls trip! We walked to the town square across the street and found this great little place for wine tasting. The New Hong Kong Restaurant in the square delivers to this property which was a nice option for one of the evenings we chose to stay in and play games. Smokin Moe's Ribhouse was delicious too! When we wanted to go to the resort, there was a shuttle pick up also in walking distance. I loved the artwork in the property and the view of the village from the living room window! I highly recommend staying here for your next trip!

I have been to this property once, and am sure to be vacationing here again! The view was absolutely gorgeous, the property was clean and well-maintained and everything was within walking distance. My favorite place to eat was Deno's Mountain Bistro. We were able to use the shuttle for transportation to the ski resort, which was extremely convenient. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants a fun, laid back vacation with no hassles. I can't wait to go back!
