This is a free-standing villa located on a hilltop that is above the palm grove leading to the ocean, giving unrestricted views. It is 600 meters from the beach called Playa Coson, 1000 meters from the beach Playa Bonita, and three kilometres from Las Terrenas. The 360-degree views are phenomenal, looking over the ocean in one direction, and the mountains in the other. The private swimming pool has a 40-foot curved vanishing edge that capitalizes on the ocean view. The villa is over 4000 square feet and located on a 9500-square-meter lot. We have a full-time maid for cleaning, laundry, and cooking (if requested) as well as a caretaker for pool, building, and grounds maintenance.

We are both retired educators who have worked all over the world in our careers. We presently live in two places and travel extensively so we make the property available to others when we are not using it.
Why the Owner Chose Samana
After living many places in the world with my job this location offered the combination of things that that could not compete with other places. It is truly a paradise.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
All price ranges and variety of restaurants in the area each with its own unique ambiance. Multi-cultural community, English, French, Spanish, and Italian full time and part time residents. Many, many beaches to choose from, some with great snorkeling, others for surfing, boogie boarding, and kiting, while others as calm as a lake for children and adults to enjoy. Mountains close by for views, hiking, and exploring of waterfalls etc.
