$450/night 1/15 - 1/25(SUNDANCE) No Rentals from April 18th to December 1st.
The tax rate is 10.35%. There is a NON-REFUNDABLE $140 cleaning fee AND a
$300 REFUNDABLE security deposit($400 for Sundance). NO SMOKING/NO PETS.
One half of the total is due in to secure a reservation. The total amount
