The villa’s desert landscaped property features a private tennis court, 15-foot waterfall cascading down into a salt water pebble-tek lagoon pool with attached waterfall spa, outdoor fire pit, misting system, tiki hut bar table, and a large outdoor barbecue kitchen and bar.
Inside Bermuda Dunes Villa are five tropical bedrooms with five marble bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and separate breakfast nook, dining room, great room with fireplace, and sun/game room with custom poker table and flat screen cable TV.
Bedroom #1 is the master bedroom with views of the golf course and tennis court, and features a king-sized bed, flat screen cable TV, walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate glass tile shower.
