Bermuda Dunes Villa is a 4,800 square foot five bedroom, five bath luxury villa situated on over one-half acre with elevated patios that provide magical views of the Santa Rosa Mountains and the green of the second hole and third tee of the Bermuda Dunes Signature Golf Course, home of the Bob Hope Chrysler Desert Classic.
The villa’s desert landscaped property features a private tennis court, 15-foot waterfall cascading down into a salt water pebble-tek lagoon pool with attached waterfall spa, outdoor fire pit, misting system, tiki hut bar table, and a large outdoor barbecue kitchen and bar.
Inside Bermuda Dunes Villa are four tropical bedrooms with four marble bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and separate breakfast nook, dining room, great room with fireplace, and sun/game room with custom poker table and flat screen cable TV.
Bedroom #1 is the master bedroom with views of the golf course and tennis court, and features a king-sized bed, flat screen cable TV, walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate glass tile shower. Bedroom #2 features a king-sized bed, flat screen cable TV, walk-in closet and separate bathroom with combined bathtub/shower. Bedroom #3 features a king-sized bed, over 15 feet of closet space, cable TV, and private bathroom with combined bathtub/shower. Bedroom #4 features a king-sized bed, cable TV, kitchenette, private bathroom with shower, plus a separate entrance. Bedroom #5 is a 500 square foot detached Casita with private patio, featuring a queen-sized sofa bed, cable TV, mini-kitchen and private bathroom with shower.
