Welcome to "LaniGulf," our beautiful new gulf-front paradise! "Lani" is a Hawaiian word which means "heavenly," and heavenly describes this place perfectly! You have arrived at our top-of-the-line condominium in one of the newest and most beautiful buildings in Panama City Beach.
Step inside and make yourself at home. This gorgeous unit is on the 10th floor of Emerald Isle condominiums, on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. Our unit is on the west side of the building, away from the noise of the elevators and crowds. Just high enough to be removed from the voices and laughter coming from the pool down below, yet not too high to bother anyone who is not fond of heights!
With all new furnishings and a beautiful paint job, you will love what you see when you open the door. The attention to detail is evident ... from the crown moulding to the nine-foot ceilings. The living area has a sofa sleeper with a queen-size mattress for extra accommodations, along with a matching loveseat and gorgeous armoire. Inside is a 32-inch flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system with CD player for listening to your favorite tunes. We offer cable TV and high-speed internet, so bring your laptop if you must work while you are here, or if you just want to keep in touch with friends and make them envious!
The master bedroom has a beautiful king-size bed with an incredibly comfortable Sealy plush pillowtop mattress. Ultra soft sheets add to the luxurious feeling of the bed. Inside the bedroom armoire is a 20-inch flat-screen TV. The master bath has plenty of soft towels and we even supply a hair dryer, so there's no need for you to pack one. The master bedroom has tall, tinted sliding glass doors leading to the huge curved balcony, and also has draperies to pull if you want block out that Florida sun and sleep in.
The guest bedroom has a king-size bed as well, with the same brand of comfy mattress, so two couples each have their own bedroom fit for a king. Or the kids can share the big bed! There's a 20-inch television in this bedroom armoire as well, and the guest bathroom (also a full bath) can be entered from both the bedroom and the hallway.
The kitchen has ceramic tile floors and beautiful granite countertops, along with a countertop bar and barstools. All top-of-the-line appliances are here, including refrigerator with icemaker, stove, dishwasher, microwave, as well as a coffeemaker, coffee grinder, blender, and toaster oven. All cookware, dishes, utensils and everything else you might need are supplied, including a spice rack ... ready for you to cook up those gourmet meals ... or serve your take-out meals or leftovers from all the great restaurants nearby. We also have a stackable full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.
We've saved the best for last: The 271-square-foot balcony is amazing, and probably where you will spend the most time. You can access the balcony from the living room or the master bedroom. We have a great table with a tile top and six comfortable chairs for you to sit and enjoy the awesome view. Sip your morning coffee out here and watch for dolphins ... and come back to enjoy your cocktails and watch the sun set over the Gulf. The sugar-white sand and emerald water will take your breath away! Aaaahhhh. This truly is paradise.
Emerald Isle is located one mile west of Highway 79, in the quieter part of Panama City Beach. Away from the crazy traffic and crowds farther east, yet close enough to it all if that's what you're after. It is located on Front Beach Road, directly across from Mike's Diner. How convenient is that? Emerald Isle has two wonderful pools ... one with a waterfall, and the other is a heated indoor/outdoor pool. There's also an oversized 16-person hot tub, a steam room and sauna, and an exercise room, so you can stay in shape while eating all the fabulous food this area has to offer. There are two stainless gas grills for your use in the beachside pavilion by the pools, so pick up some fresh fish at Buddy's Seafood Market and cook up a scrumptious meal! There's plenty of covered parking available in the two-level garage, and additional parking in the adjoining garage across the street, with a covered walkway to the building.
