This huge, million dollar, five bedroom, rental home is located in the very center of the world famous Keystone Ski and Golf Resort in Summit County, Co. Nestled among the pines on a large forested lot with a whimsical yard sculpture to greet you as you arrive, this great home is sure to impress and please your group.
Walk to the shops, restaurants and activities in Keystone Village, or if you prefer, the Summit Stage provides free transportation throughout Summit County including to the ski areas of Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Arapaho Basin as well as to the many fine restaurants and shops in the neighboring towns. The Snake River with its green belt and walking path is near-by and for your hiking and biking pleasure a National Forest trail, the Keystone Gulch Road, is located only 100 yards away.
As you open the door to this fabulous executive-style home and enter the large stone tiled entryway you will immediately be impressed by the large professionally decorated living room with its comfy custom furniture and lovely mountain themed decorator items. Moving forward, you'll find the cozy family room which has a cathedral ceiling, a soaring stone wood-burning fireplace, a NEW leather sectional sofa with a comfy queen sleeper sofa and recliner, antler chandelier and a wet bar.
A separate billiards room opening off the family room offers a pool table to satisfy that competitive urge. For your dining pleasure the big dining room seats 8+ people and the large, fully equipped county kitchen has granite countertops, a breakfast nook with an antler chandelier and a large glass-topped table that seats up to 8. In addition this big kitchen has all NEW dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glassware, stemware, and small appliances.
The master suite has a king-sized bed, a daybed with popup trundle that makes into a queen, walk-in closet, private deck and a luxurious newly remodeled private bath with double sinks and a roomy two person size step-in shower. There are four other bedrooms, two with king-size beds, one with a queen-size bed and one with a full-size bed, all with brand NEW matresses, pillows and comforter sets! There are 2 fold-out twin beds in this big home as well making the sleeping accommodations extremely flexible.
Two of the five bedrooms are on the main floor with the remaining 3 bedrooms, including the master suite, on the second floor. In addition to the master bath there is one 3/4 bath with a shower and a sauna on the main floor and a shared full bath with a tub and shower on the second floor. Also for your convenience during your stay the large laundry room is complete with a full size washer and dryer.
Outside you will find a series of extensive decks, both covered and uncovered, some at the front of the home with a copper fire-pit bowl and more at the back with a NEW stainless-steel gas grill and a private hot tub overlooking the home's horseshoe pits and the peaceful forested yard. An attached, oversized two-car garage will easily hold two vehicles as well as any bikes or ski equipment you may care to bring and there is further parking for 2 more vehicles on the driveway.
