Kapalua Ridge Villa 1521 is located on top of the ridge near the famous Kapalua Beach. It offers it's visitors a spectacular panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean, neighboring islands and the Maui's north shore coast line. Tropical breezes keep this scenic location pleasant and comfortable even on the warmest Maui days. Experience magnificent sunrises and sunsets from this beautifully decorated and recently remodeled Villa. Walking distance to Ritz Carlton Kapalua, golf and beach. Across from the front door is the 8th green of the famous Kapalua Bay Course.
This enchanting 1125 sq. foot one master bedroom accommodation includes one and a half bathrooms, living room, dining area, full sized kitchen and laundry area. This unit has been recently remodeled to include upgraded kitchen appliances, granite countertops, tile floors, cherry wood cabinets and has been fully refurnished.
Kapalua is an unparalleled resort community secluded amidst a 23,000-acre pineapple plantation on Maui's West coast. Beaches, shops, restaurants, tennis and three championship golf courses and swimming pools bless the area. The name "Kapalua" means "arms embracing the sea". Quiet coves make excellent snorkeling and swimming, while nearby rolling waves and a rugged shore invite a sunset picnic. Unique shops and restaurants are only a stroll away. Kapalua Bay Hotel and the Ritz-Carlton Hotel offer excellent dining and invites you to inquire and participate in social activities. A complementary shuttle bus is available to transport you to all the activities within the resort area.

WOW! What a wonderful way to spend time in Maui. This condo has it all : great parking, amenities, golf course, home feel and most of all the THE VIEW! The condo made you feel right at home with everything you could ever want or need. We enjoyed the quite surroundings with the beautiful decor and furnishings this condo provided. You wanted for nothing. Being able to sit on the Lania and listen to the birds in the morning and listen to the wind in the trees was simply fantastic. My husband and I could not have asked for anything more as this vacation was for us! When we return to beaufitufl Maui, which will hopefully be very soon, we will definitely be looking to stay here again. The owner was very accommodating and assisted us with all of our needs. This stunning condo is a dream come true and will remember this vacation for a lifetime. The location was perfect, close by to Kapalua Bay, the Gazebo for breakfast ( a must in Maui) and Merriman's restaurant which was a top notch place to spend a romantic dinner and sunset. Thank you for allowing us to partake in this beautiful "Island Paradise" at your home. We will remember this for the next time we come! Aloha and Mahalo!

This was trip twenty-something to the valley isle, and my third stay at the Ridge Villas. I have stayed at multiple properties island-wide, and the Ridge is the my favorite property by far - without getting obscene dollar-wise, anyway. The owner was an absolute joy to work with & was available immediately to answer any concerns/questions. The unit is simply fantastic! My previous stays were in the townhouse plan with two north-facing lanais, and I wasn't sure how I'd like the single level, but it was amazing in every respect. Everything you could conceivably want/need is included in the unit, including: wonderful front-loading washer/dryer; beach chairs; boogie boards; shampoo/ conditioner; nearly every imaginable cooking utensil and even a convenient programmable safe! The furnishings are nice & new, the sheets are good quality, the wi-fi worked flawlessly, parking (as with all the Villas) is a breeze -- you park 20 steps from your unit; the pool areas are wonderful, and offer great, super-clean bbq's & even a full kitchen at your disposal! We used the complimentary Kapalua shuttle service numerous times to cart us over to Kapalua beach (very handy, as the lot is normally full !), DT Fleming, Merriman's restaurant (YUM!!!) and the Ritz Carlton -- the driver was there within 5minutes on each call. Vistas from the extra-large lanai are magnificent -- one thing I miss the most is enjoying my Nickybeans Kona coffee out there each morning.. :( We were here for 12-days and moved to the center of Ka'anapali beach for an additional six, and my travel companion (this was only her 2nd Maui venture) said she far preferred the lushness and quiet peacefulness the Kapalua area offers over Ka’anapali -- the beaches in the area are simply among the best on earth. In closing, I can say that the Villa lived up to my expectations and more – the property truly deserves the common phrase often repeated after Maui by its proponents (also my tripadvisor handle,) “NoKaOi” Nothing is better!
