We are located in Bear Hollow Village right next to Utah's Olympic Park. Our home is 2 miles from The Canyons Resort, 5 miles from Park City Mountain Resort, and 7 miles from Deer Valley. Everything is convenient! Catch a morning flight into Salt Lake International Airport and be skiing by noon. We're just 32 miles away from 'The Greatest Snow on Earth.'

As owners, we live close by (30 minutes), and will work with you to make your stay an enjoyable one. As part of our service, we will provide you with information on obtaining DISCOUNTED SKI TICKETS for most local resorts, plus a listing of local restaurants, entertainment information and maps of the area.

  • I loved this place! It is very spacious - we had the house at maxium capacity and everyone fit comfortably. The bathrooms are stocked with great tolietries - shampoos, conditoner, lotions! Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and the mountain. Great condo and Gary and Heidi were very helpful!!

  • Me and my guest had a wonderful time staying at the townhouse. We stayed there for a week during Christmas '08 break and it was awsome. It was very roomie with lots of space to relax and have some fun. The location was great. Close to shopping areas and even close to Deer Valley, the Canyons, and to Park City. The house was fully stocked with everything that you will need. I will highly recommend this townhouse and will definitely come back and stay here. Thanks Heidi & Gary for your hospitality and letting me and my guest stay at your house for the week.

  • The pictures don't do it justice. This place is awesome! It was suprisingly spacious and very comfortable, perfect for resting up in between skiing and enjoying Park City nightlife. It's very near the Canyons, Park City and Deer Valley so acces to the resorts is easy. We lucked out getting an oppurtunity to stay here. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to stay during their ski vacation.

  • This rental was even better than we imagined. It was roomie, we had a great welcome package and the private hot tub was a definite plus. The drive to the Canyons was only 5 min and to the Olympic park only 2min. Gary did an awesome job of making the reservation process as easy as possible and was great with answering my many questions. My only reservations was there wasn't much of a mountain view, but everything else made up for it. I'd definitely stay here again!

  • Our family (2 adults and 4 kids aged 10-16) stayed here for a ski vacation over Christmas Break '06. We had a great time...everyone agreed that it was our best ski vacation ever!! The house was perfect for us. We liked the location...very near to The Canyons and a very short ride to Park City or Deer Valley. We skied or snowboarded all three. The house itself was fully complete with everything you could want or need...utensils, appliances, TV's, DVD player, Playstation, plenty of extra towels, linens, toilet paper, etc. The owners of the home were incredibly nice and accomodating. We would stay here again for sure!! Thanks, Gary!!!

  • "Wow, whoa, wow, geez, damn, wow, oh my, whoa, awesome, wow, damn." No joke, these were the exact first words out of each of our 11 mouths when we first entered this property. Needless to say, we were all very impressed and amazed. I don't think there were any flaws with this property, and each day someone would comment how he/she found something impressive. Everything was new (or new looking) and very, very comfortable, even for a group our size. It is no stretch to see how 13 people could be quite comfortable at this place. We enjoyed every moment inside, and we could see how much effort you put in to make sure we'd have this pleasure. All the little things that were included, like soap (hand, shower, dishwashing, diswasher), spices, foil, paper towels, ziplocs, coffee filters, utensils, etc., made our stay so effortless. You made everything so easy and personable...from the beginning of the rental process until checking out. You also made our decision very easy for the next time we get a bigger group together. There is no doubt that we would try to rent from you again in the future. This was my third time in Park City with a group this size, and, by far, this was the best place and value. Thank you so much for helping make our holidays that much happier, Gary!
