Set on 33 private acres, the Village boasts the quaint mountain lodge experience coupled with perfect access to shopping, local attractions, and mountains. Located right on scenic Route 16, our Condominium is located in the prime section of the Manor grounds.
On the grounds is the beautiful Stonehurst Manor with outstanding mountain views! You will find our Condominium exceptionally clean, smoke-free, fully-furnished with linens, bedding, a fully-equipped kitchen, and washer and dryer.
New furnishings, new floors,and linens. There is one bedroom with queen bed, Master bedroom with queen bed and master bath, and one bedroom with two sets of bunks for children and/or extra guests. Master bedroom has television with free cable access. There is a dining room, living room, another den with fireplace or woodstove, large flat screen TV with cable channels, and free high-speed broadband wireless internet access! Large loft area with pool table. Sliders to back deck and front door parking for added convenience.

We do not accept credit cards; therefore, initial deposits may be made by personal check. We stayed at at this condo unit in Stonehurst Village and overall it was an outstanding experience! First of all, the owner is very fair, professional, and responsive...which I greatly apprecaited. The booking process a breeze and one of the easiest I've done for a rental-by-owner. Upon our arrival the place was extremely clean with everything we needed. The unit has 3 levels, which allowed for us to spread out. There is a lot of space - plenty for 8 of us (4 adults, 4 children, and 2 dogs)...we never felt crowded or in each other's way. The furnishings are very nice, especially the living room area where we adults had a nice wine & cheese by the fireplace after a day of skiing...the setting was perfect! The pool table was a big hit...the kids couldn't stop playing. Having internet access was really convenient, and the large TV worked out well too. The unit itself is in a great location, just across the front lawn of the Stonehurst Manor...which I have to say, had a great menu and atmosphere inside. We celebrated my wife's birthday there and it was really nice. Overall we had a great time and I highly recommend staying here. -Pete

This is the third time we have rented from this owner and each rental has been a pleasant experieence. She is fair and professional to work with and all of her rental units are clean, well furnished and nicely decorated. The units come with all the basics to get you started. Depending on the number of folks in your party, you may need to supplement the paper products, trash bags, etc.. There are full size washer/dryers in the unit, so bring some laundry detergent if you plan to do a wash. The property is located minutes to down town North Conway, but is set back off the main road - very quiet. The on site maitenance crew does an excellent job keeping the roadways and parking lots within the developement clear at all times.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
