Walk southward along the beach directly to downtown Leland for those wishing an outdoor excursion. Or, walk out the front door and follow deer and man-made walking paths. This is God's Country. Isolated but yet just a short ride to many quaint villages. Truly we have something for everybody here. From laying on the beach, playing in the water, or shopping at Grand Travere Mall and catching a movie, play, or opera. Of course, you could simply stay at the beach house and have a memorable vacation with the family and friends. Pick a date for your sunset delights. And do not forget the northern lights and the falling stars during the month of August.

Weekly Rate .................. $6500/wk June 15 - Sept 15(eff 7/24/08).
$7,000/wk for week of July 4, 09. All other time periods at $5000/wk.
Week end rates outside of 6/15 to 9/15 @ $2500; Holiday week end @ $3500
$500.00 Damage Deposit fully refundable if no damage or extra cleaning required
$500.00 deposit due at time of reservation.
Deposit refundable up to 120 days prior to arrival date.
Balance & damage deposit due 30 days prior to arrival date.
Saturday check in time is 6 PM.  Check out is Saturday at 10 AM.
