$7,000/wk for week of July 4, 2012. All other time periods at $5000/wk.
Week end rates outside of 6/15 to 9/15 @ $2500; Holiday week end @ $3500.
$500.00 Damage Deposit fully refundable if no damage or extra cleaning required
$500.00 deposit due at time of reservation.
Deposit refundable up to 120 days prior to arrival date.
Balance & damage deposit due 90 days prior to arrival date.
Saturday check in time is 4 PM. Check out is Saturday at 10 AM.
