The Ultimate Treehouse is on top of the mountain the view is beautiful the place is very clean had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Will be staying here in the fall.. I really liked the that I didn"t need to check-in and out at an office being able to go straight to challet gives you more time to enjoy your stay. Maggie Valley N.C. is a nice little town. I like this side of the Smokies it is less commercialize than the TN sideDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

My family and I enjoyed our time at the Ultimate Tree House. My 4 1/2 yo son could not get enough of the waterfall 5 minutes away. The house is very convenient to most everything in the surrounding area. The view from the porch, the outdoor fire pit and the hot tub allow you to really leave the city behind. The owners are very nice and make it an affordable vacation.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Our weekend at the Ultimate Treehouse was just as imagined. Everything we needed was there and the view from the deck was gorgeous - perfect for watching the sunrise. This cabin offers privacy and a relaxed feel. The kitchen was airy and open, all pots, pans and plates and glasses were supplied, along with a dishwasher and washer and dryer. We enjoyed the walk to the nearby waterfall. The only change I would make is the addition of curtains or blinds in the living area for night, but a lot of cabins where I have stayed don't have these.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

This cabin is awesome. The pictures don't do it justice. I have stayed at this place twice and will definitely go for a third. It sits on a lot with privacy. After doing the research to find a place in Maggie valley close to the slopes this was the best deal that I found. The house is clean and accommodating. I have no complaints. If I could change anything I would only add a larger water heater. All in all a great place with a great view at a great price.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

The cabin was awesome. It was beautiful and the view was great. The kids had a blast. We were a little worried on the road from the ice, but after the snow plows clame through there it was fine. The owners of the cabin made it easy and affordable. Thanks, for making our family christmas trip from Santa perfect. We were on 40 minutes from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We also went tubing in Maggie Valley right down the street from the cabin.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers.

My huband and I have stayed at the Ultimate Tree House several times, including one two month stint while we were building our own home in Maggie Valley. Of all the homes we have rented here, this was by far our favorite! It is very close to the Maggie Valley Club, has a great fireplace, large hot tub right on the porch, total privacy, high speed wireless, comfortable beds, nice kitchen and lovely views. Plus...the owners are very nice and accommodating people and the house was always spotless! We highly recommend it!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

About the owner: This is our only home in the Smoky Mountains. We love it, but live in the burbs of Orlando, Florida, so can't get there as often as we would like. Kathleen has put a lot of herself into our beautiful home and most renters comment on how beautifully furnished and decorated it is. It is the last home on the street, so it is private and peaceful with no other nearby homes to obstruct the mountain view from the deck.
Why the Owner Chose Maggie Valley:
We visited Maggie Valley for the first time in 2006 and bought our home a few months later. We love the unpretentiousness of Maggie and find it a place we can truly relax. The location is central to many activities.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We like hiking the mountain lanes around our home. Just a short hike down the mountain leads to a small waterfall. The gurgling sound can be heard from porches.
