Watch the porpoises put on a show when the mullet are in and other sea life. Why be on a canal when you can be on sheltered open water? Dockage for 3 boats, in a very private quiet area right across from the Par 3 Golf Course, children's park and tennis courts. Fish for tarpon right off the 118' seawall or take your boat to either the Atlantic Ocean or Florida Bay in under 10 minutes. Seawall has cut-in that docks two boats and another at the large new deck. Underwater light at dock brings in the snook & other species for better dock side fishing.
Both units (2 BR/2 Bath each side) have been completely renovated inside and out and have views across the Bay. Large yard for plenty of privacy and private beach you can get to in 5 min. Relax in the hammocks under the palm trees!

Like they say, LOCATION LOCATION Location! and we have Privacy-and you might even see dolphin jumping right out in front of your back yard. Since this property is on Shelter Bay and not on a canal, you can fish right off the sea wall and catch eatable fish, and also Tarpon if in season. I'm doing special pricing for scuba season on this property, and two of our other properties so give me a call!

I LOVE Key Colony Beach and wouldn't live anywhere else. It's location for fishing couldn't be better, and we have the "small town feel" where everyone is so friendly. My husband and I enjoy fishing for Grouper and dolphin every chance we get. Since KCB has 3 restaurants right on our small key, we can go to any of them and meet up with neighbors for a good time while the chef cooks up our catch from our day of fishing. Life doesn't get any better than living on Key Colony Beach.
