This condo is located in sunny Poipu, the dryer side of paradise. Poipu is located on the south shore of Kauai and with an annual rainfall of 30 inches it is quite a bit dryer than the north shore where the annual rainfall is 100 inches.
From your own private lanai you have a gorgeous view of the sunset and every evening you can watch the turtles play in a small cove 35 feet from the lanai. The building is located next to a sandy beach with some of the best snorkeling on Kauai.
The condo has one bedroom and one bath, a living room, dining room and a complete kitchen. The living room and dining room has floor to ceiling glass with an unobstructed view of the ocean. The dining room has a glass table with rattan chairs and overhead ceiling fan. The living room has a very tropical feel to it with bamboo furniture, Berber carpet and a beautiful view of the ocean.
The kitchen has tile floor and raised panel oak cabinets. It is fully equipped with microwave oven, self cleaning stove, blender, toaster, coffee maker; everything you'll need for making your own meals. The bathroom has tile on the floor and also around the bathtub. The bedroom also have bamboo furniture, a king sized bed, and a ceiling fan to keep you cool at night. There are 2 single futons available that can be used for someone, who does not mind sleeping on the floor.
This is the best value for your money if you like to stay on the south shore. It has just about everything that you might want at an affordable price!
