This condo #116 is located in sunny Poipu, the dryer side of paradise. Poipu is located on the south shore of Kauai and with an annual rainfall of 30 inches it is quite a bit dryer than the north shore where the annual rainfall is 100 inches.
From your own private lanai you have a gorgeous view of the sunset and every morning and evening you can watch the turtles play in a small cove 30 feet from the lanai. The building is located next to a sandy beach with some of the best snorkeling on Kauai.
The condo has one bedroom and one bath, a living room, dining room and a complete kitchen. The living room and dining room has floor to ceiling windows with an unobstructed view of the ocean. The dining room has a glass table with rattan chairs and overhead ceiling fan. The living room has a very tropical feel to it with bamboo furniture, berber carpet and a beautiful view of the ocean.
The kitchen has tile floor and raised panel oak cabinets. It is fully equipped with microwave oven, self cleaning stove, blender, toaster, coffee maker; everything you'll need for making your own meals. The bathroom has tile on the floor and also around the bathtub. The bedroom also have bamboo furniture, a king sized bed, and a ceiling fan to keep you cool at night.
This is the best value for your money if you like to stay on the south shore. It has just about everything that you might want at an affordable price!

My wife and I stayed at this wonderful unit October 2011. The location is phenomenal...literally about 10 - 15 yards from the ocean with a view that was amazing to look at every morning and evening for sunsets. It was a real treat. The pictures on this listing are great but the location and condo itself are far more impressive in person. Poipu Beach is a great area of Kauai with a lot of great restaurants and shopping fairly close by. The snorkelling at the beach right next to the condo was very good. The owner of this unit was a real pleasure to work with and very nice. If I ever go back to Kauai I would definitely like to stay in this same unit again. A+++

This was our 3rd trip to Kauai, we can't seem to get enough. We spent so much time on the lanai watching sea turtles and whales. Most nights we slep on the pull out so we could listen to crashing waves all night. Thank you for letting us use your perfect condo. We will be back!

We had a wonderful babymoon at the condo. It was clean, current, had a great location, plenty of extras to make the stay, and the owner was easy to work with and very accomodating. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. We had no issues and enjoyed every aspect of the trip.
