This exquisitely decorated second floor unit on the quiet west end of the beach features one full bedroom with an exceptionally luxurious king bed, a full bath off the master, a bunk area with very high quality mattresses, a full kitchen with full-size appliances and too many gadgets, snack bar, dining table for four, private balcony, high speed Internet with wireless, double sleeper sofa and a half bath with private commode and sink. There’s even a stack washer and dryer. You will see, it’s well worth the price.
This unit underwent a complete renovation and is equipped with the best of everything. The décor is classy and tasteful in the modern West Indies style. It will be easy to make this your home away from home. Everything is provided to ensure an enjoyable vacation.
A short two minute walk with easy access to the beach makes this unit an extremely great value. Rent a beach chair with umbrella or take your own. Take a ride on a parasail or cruise the surf on a rental jet ski or simply lounge on the pure white sand. It’s all just steps away. Spring, summer and fall also find various types of sport fish running along the beach just looking for someone to throw some bait out on a line. Early to mid-mornings will usually find the dolphins slowly swimming close to the shore and well within your view.
If you get tired of sand between your toes, try out one of the four pools, one open and heated seasonally, or sit and relax in one of the hot tubs or maybe even challenge your friends to tennis or shuffleboard. The kids have plenty to do in this friendly community. If they’re not in some sort of water, they'll probably be in the game room, on the 18 hole miniature golf course or off to the playground. Don’t forget to take advantage of the car washing facility with the commercial vacuum. That sand seems to find its way everywhere!
Several golf courses are within 15 minutes and fine dining is as close as a short walk. Seafood, steaks, bar-b-que, Italian, sub sandwiches, fast food and many other types of dining establishments are within two miles. If you desire to cook for yourself, save all that packing at home and hauling food to the beach and stock up at the Winn Dixie grocery store ¼ mile away.
The kids will enjoy the many amusement centers, beachwear shops and maybe even a boat trip to Shell Island for a shelling adventure. Deep sea, inshore bay and near shore fishing charters are available. All of this is within 1-15 minutes of this luxury condominium.
This is an extremely clean and spacious one bedroom unit. It has been decorated with high quality furnishings that are normally not found in rental units. Cheap, see-through hotel type towels, small brittle bars of soap, plastic dishes and junk glassware are non-existent in this unit.
Expect to find everything to be of very high quality with all appliances in pristine working order and an AC and heating unit that will keep you feeling comfortable regardless of the weather. Speaking of the weather, if it gets too wet, come on inside and enjoy the free high-speed Internet access. With both wireless and hard-wired connections, you’ll be up and running right away. It's just another way to surf while on the beach at Horizon South!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The condo was great. Very clean and everything you could need was provided. The owners were very courteous and answered any questions we had. Location was also great. This unit is at the front of the complex so you are just a minute away from the beach.It also would be no trouble at all to walk where you wanted to go. Food, shopping, and the pier were all approx. a mile away. We were close to everything, but it was also very peaceful and quiet. Getting up in the morning and sitting on the balcony was great. Can't wait to go back. If you are looking for a family friendly place to go, then this is it.

This unit was very comfortable and clean. The amenities were better than your average rental. It is obvious that the owners put a great deal of thought into the decor and other furnishings. The kitchen and baths are fully stocked with items you will need for an enjoyable stay. The location of this unit is ideal for a family stay- we had three generations with us and everyone was very happy. The walk to the beach is very manageable; the pools are close, and the entire property is quiet and safe. We really enjoyed the morning coffee on the veranda with the palms trees blowing in the breeze. The washer and dryer made it very easy to keep up with wet beach clothes. The day of our arrival, we couldn't locate the code to the gate, and the owner/contact returned our call immediately to resolve the problem, Overall, this was a great place, especially for the price. I would recommend this unit to close friends. We plan to try to return to the same unit during next year's autumn break!

Excellent accommodations a short walk to the beach. Our kids loved the bunk beds and the condo is setup real well for time away for every one. Location is ideal for hopping in the car and exploring the sites.

We just spent a few days at this great condo, the location was wonderful and the condo was clean and well decorated. Kudos to the owners for the great job they have done, well worth the money and better then advertised.
