Charming beach house just 350 feet to the ocean - two minute walk - tops!! Tom and Gerry's is a two-story home with screened in porches running the length of the house, upstairs and downstairs, perfect for catching the soothing ocean breezes. Downstairs has an open floor plan, huge kitchen with all the amenities, and large living/family area with cable TV/DVD/VCR. Downstairs also has a washer and dryer and one bathroom with shower.
Upstairs has three nice-size bedrooms with queen-size beds, and a "sleeping porch" off of the screened-in porch, which has three twin beds and another TV (perfect for the kids). Another bathroom with shower is upstairs, also. Large yard and covered area with barbecue and ping pong table. There is an outdoor, shower, too.
This is a very quiet area of Edisto Beach, located in the 2100 block right off Palmetto Boulevard. It is a perfect getaway for families who want to relax and enjoy the beach. It is also a great place for biking, kayaking, fishing, sailing, and golfing on the newly redesigned course at Fairfield Resort. Bring your own equipment or rent at one of two Island services.Edisto has several restaurants,and cute shops.It is less than one hour to Charleston and close to Beaufort and Savannah.
