Fripp Island is a private island resort located on the South Carolina coast near historic Beaufort and a short distance from Charleston, Savannah, and Hilton Head. Fripp is known for its peacefulness, natural beauty, wildlife, along with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets.
This first floor Beach Club Villa is an end unit and filled with windows, located mid-island, convenient to all island amenities. The beach, along with the Beach Club and pools, is just across the street. The Racquet Club is next door, and two highly-rated golf courses are nearby. You can enjoy the incredible marsh and waterway views from every room in our villa. Watch the wildlife from a rocking chair on the screened porch, or fish and crab from the crabbing dock just out the back door.
The interior of the villa was recently redecorated and is very light with island decor throughout. You will find that it has all the comforts of home. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with new appliances, flooring, countertops, and built-in microwave, separate laundry room, living/dining area with queen-size sleeper sofa, bedroom with queen-size bed and separate vanity, one-and-one-half baths, and a screened porch overlooking the marsh and waterway.
If you care to explore off island, Hunting Island State Park, with its lighthouse and fishing pier, is just across the bridge. Beaufort is 23 miles from the island where you can enjoy much history, carriage tours, quaint shops, and restaurants.
