Why the Owner Chose Cocoa Beach
My parents migrated here after their retirement. We visited them and vacationed here as often as we could. We fell in love with what many locals call the "undiscovered affordable Florida" Having been Real Estate Brokers most of our lives we often went to open houses at beach properties. We felt this condo with its location in the center of Cocoa Beach, had great potential. We thought that some day the Cocoa Beach area, Cape Canaveral, the numerous cruise ships and proximity to Orlando attractions would mace this a major vacation/tourist destination; as it has!

The following hand printed note was found in the 2nd ocean view bedroom ,in the night stand. We left it in the drawer, but wanted to share it. It is from a 9 year old. It reads as follows: "June 01-07, this condo is Awesome! I hope that the person reading this, takes good care of it and that enjoy this condo as much, as i did. have a safe trip home. Allexandria J.
