This condo has everything! It felt just like home! The Ocean front view was spectacular. The beaches were great. The condo had everything you would need even down to spices in the kitchen and equipment for infants/babies such as a high chair and pack n play. The pictures don't do it justice. We won't stay anywhere else if we go back to Cocoa Beach. Angela

We have stayed in this condo before but forgot how wonderful it is. From the moment we entered the condo, it felt like home. It has all of the amenities of a hotel but with the comforts of home. When we cooked in, everything we needed was here. The furnishings are well kept and comfortable. The balcony has an awesome view and is perfect for coffee in the morning, happy hour in the afternoon or a drink in the evening. The condo has the look and feel of owners who care about their tenants. They see to your every need and want to insure a perfect stay! The membership at the gym was added since the last time and we used it. And a big thank you for the grapefruit and oranges that were left for us as a welcoming gift. I love Cocoa Beach and this condo! I will be back hopefully this summer!

Perfect vacation condo. Owners have really thought of everything you would need for kitchen supplies, and beach toys. They even provide soap, shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom. The wrap around balcony provided fantastic ocean views. Waves can been seen and heard at all times. Literally hundreds of sea gulls, and pelicans flew right by the balcony at eye level. Easy to get to the beach for daily walks..saw sunrise every morning right from our balcony. The grounds are very well maintained and clean. Very quiet atmostpherer. Heated pool and spa were heavenly. We enjoyed watching cruise ships off in the distance, as they left Port Canaveral. We watched a rocket launch right from the balcony...very cool. Impeccibly clean condo, with beach decorations throughout unit. Friends visted while we were there and they were impressed..plenty of room for all 4 of us. Owners are very nice and check in and check out procedures are very easy. We were so sad to leave, but would love to return in future.

My family and I spent Thanksgiving week at this property and it truly is a paradise. The property is very well maintained, extremely comfy and well appointed. Views from condo were spectacular and is close to all Orlando attractions. Owners provided a welcome book that gave us lots of tips on where to go shopping, local attractions and restaurants. I will definitely be back and also recommend this property to all my friends and relatives

We (family of 8, including two little ones) found this condo to be perfect for our needs! It's furnished with quality furnishings, yet child friendly. It's decorated with a tasteful beach motif which is wonderful when escaping the demands of the city (Atlanta). We LOVED the views of the beach and of the ocean, made possible by the wrap around balcony. Also, the bonus of the wrap around balcony, was getting to watch the sunrise, as well as the sunset. We greatly appreciated the provision of beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, etc..for our enjoyment on the beach! The a/c works GREAT, which is another wonderful benefit on those hot summer days! We would love to return again someday and we would, definitely, choose to stay at this condo!

Just wanted to say that my family and I had an amazing time at this place! We stayed a week over Xmas and New Years. The condo was well-appointed, kept in great condition. Looks exactly like the photos. Kitchen was great, and we made good use of it, really felt comfortable and at home. We all spent hours on the balcony soaking in the warm weather and sea breeze. The beach is a couple minutes away, very easy to get to. Also, it is a little further south of the pier, so not as crowded as the area nearer to the pier and hotels. The owners and housekeeper keep things well organized, and very clean for our arrival. The little touches, like a couple bottles of wine, and a basket of fruit also made us feel welcome. The area has some attractions, although I'll be honest, we didn't venture out much past the beach. Went to the Kennedy Space center one day, which wasn't too far at all. Also, went shopping in Orlando, less than an hour away. Everyone had a great time, my family kept complimenting on my choice of accommodations. I talked to the owners before I booked, and they were very helpful, answering my numerous questions, and being accommodating around our schedule. I would not hesitate to recommend this rental to anyone, and would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

Owner response: We are always pleased when our guests are amazed and beyond happy with their stay. Our condo is on the 6th floor of a 7 story building. It is on the NE corner with a large balcony that wraps around to the masterbdrm. There are ocean views and sounds from everywhere.The beach is just out the door about 50' to the elevator then about 200 steps through the private beach gate to the waves. We have been in the luxury vacation condo rental business for almost a decade. We have always considered our guests comfort and great experiences one of the most gratifing aspects of our business.

Lovely view of the ocean, comfortable, roomy, and attractive condo. Wrap-around balcony was wonderful! Well equiped for cooking a large dinner. Had lots of beach equipment for all ages. Very comfortable for 6 people. Owners were very helpful with any questions we had. We all had a great time, and would recommend this condo highly!

This condo was gorgeous. Very comfortable & the perfect location. My family had a wonderful time on the ocean, at nearby space center, & a trip to Universal. I only wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks for sharing your paradise with our family.

What more can be said about this unit? Pure paradise describes it to a tee! The unit is everything as advertised and more. Perfect location, the layout of the condo is fantastic and the amenities are second to none! The unit is clean, clean, clean!!! The owners are fantastic as well...so easy to communicate and deal with! I would highly recommend this unite to everyone!!

Owner response: Yes we too think we are # 1 & we still try harder! We use a simple 1 page guest survey, 1- 10 scale, with a place to write comments, to monitor cleaning services, advertisement expectations vs. pictures,amenities,etc. We really pay attention to these responses. I.e we have added 8 pictures, bought all new top of the line appliances, & a free membership in a great fittness club a block away. We don't just listen to guest we act upon their comments. Thank you for acknowledging these efforts. All this is why we have one of the highest # of repeat guest & referrals to their friends.

Truly a castle! Tastefully decorated, very comfortable, and relaxing with fantastic views! Plenty of room, clean, and inviting. Centrally located; lots to see and do, with a great beach. The listing description is accurate--even understated. Great for watching rocket launches, and if you are not so lucky as to be there for a launch, I can heartily recommend watching the pelicans and all the beach and sea activities.I wold recommend this to all my friends and relatives. Owner response: This guest says it all ...it is a Castle in paradise. We live in another condo, down the beach 6 months a a year, in & out for a few days, off on on for business during the summer. When ever our Sandcastle is emty, which is not often, we stay a few days. That puts us in the shoes of our guest. From that experilence we most always find something we want to make better for you.. However, we also get to enjoy the wonderful views, the sound of the ocean, the waves, the dolplins, pelicans, sunrises over the ocean & the sunsets over the Banana river. It always rminds us what a great top of the line, vacation value our guest get.

This is a gorgeous, spacious condo - luxurious, yet "homelike" with every convenience you would expect plus more! Pictures don't do justice to the fabulous ocean views nor the tastefully, well-appointed interior. It is a quiet area, and still convenient to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Can't wait to go back!

Owner response: We advertise a Luxurious yet " laid back " FLorida style & decor along with magnificent views of the Ocean, beach & sounds of its waves just steps away.The Sun rising over the Ocean as well as Sunsets on the Banana River all are way beyond imagination or pictures. However, once you have actually experienced them they will become cherished memories until you come back to stay again. Never have we experienced a vacation rental that was so far above our expectations. The condo, the complex & the beach are true paradise! The condo itself is real Florida; Laid back relaxing, with the colors, decor,& fascinating nicknacks you dream of when you wish for a true Florida beach get-away. Yet is is comfortable/ luxury, clean & very well maintained with everything you need from a lobster pot to a shrimp peeler & much more! You would never leave this wonderful condo.......If..................... The beach didn't draw you to it as a play land of wonder with surfers, dolphins, cruises ships passing out to sea, shrimp boats, & sometimes just a peace you will remember forever.............. especially at sunrise. Then if a day at this beach of your dreams isn't enough..... The inviting pool, hot tub & sauna bring you to such a perfect ending to a spectacular day that we did again the next day! The big problem we had that was very difficult................................ was leaving..........................................................so we are booking 2 weeks in 2012! While we can't imagine not just hanging out, maybe, with 2 weeks, we will have time to go to the Port to watch the fishing boats come in..... the cruse boats go out to Sea & hear "when you wish upon a star" as the Disney boat passes out of the port...or a Banana river tour boat trip to experience one of the most diverse eco systems anywhere......Maybe the motivation of knowing we will come back to our Paradise at the end of the day will help us beyond just hanging out.....or maybe not!! Great condo with everything we needed! Beautiful, clean, oceanfront location, great beach, lovely clean and clear water and waves and fabulous views! Gorgeous sunrises from the balcony which provided many lovely views and quiet relaxing moments of the ocean, beach, port, and to the west, river view and sunset! Extremely convenient and comfortable condo and well-stocked. We stayed a week with our 3 sons (2 teens and a 10yr-old) and had a fantastic time. There are so many adventures to be enjoyed...swimming, body boarding, surfing. Also nearby are the Banana and Indian Rivers. We kayaked, wind surfed and went para-sailing. The Kennedy Space Center was a great afternoon outing as it was open until 8pm. One day, we visited Universal for the new Harry Potter attraction which was great fun! There are many great restaurants nearby and also in Port Canaveral. Our ocean hydrotherapy courtesy of Sandcastles was extremely restorative in today's stressful world! We'd like to thank Mark and Pam for their kind hospitality and a wonderful time at their condo and would highly recommend it to others!!! We were also sad to leave all of our Florida sea-critter friends behind...Manatees, Pelicans, Manta Rays, Sting Rays, Horseshoe Crabs, Sea Turtles, Jelly Fish, Dolphin....the list goes on, all beautiful, very natural...

The condo was very nice and accomodated all of us (3 adults, 2 children) very nicely! We've rented lots of properties in Florida through VRBO and this one makes the top of the list! The view is beautiful, watching all the ships depart, being able to see Kennedy off in the distance, the surfers, the dolphins. Walking on the beach has always been one of my favorite things to do, we walked to the pier and the kids appreciated being able to get ice cream for the walk back! The heated pool was very inviting on the cooler days. It was nice to not have to eat out for every meal and the kitchen is well stocked with all the tools needed. The condo is very comfortable and more than met our needs and expectations! Thank you for the wonderful week!!!

Our family enjoyed a vacation on Cocoa Beach. Our spacious 3 bedroom, ocean front condo, located on the 6th floor was pleasantly more than we had anticipated. The rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. The decor was fun and we felt right at home. Our grandchildren enjoyed playing on the beach, collecting sea shells and boogey boarding. (Everything from beach chairs to boogey boards and flip flops are provided in the condo) Having a washer and dryer right in the condo was a big plus for us also. The wrap around deck is fantastic. Beautiful views and sounds of the ocean! (sunrise was our favorite.) We were about 45-50 minutes from the theme parks. Not so close that it is busy but not too long of a drive either. Our very favorite activity was the kayaking tour on the Banana River. (Which is close to the condo and not too expensive) We did not get to see the Sea Manatee playing in the mangroves but we were excited when 3 dolphins swam and jumped right by our kayaks. (Not to mention the pelicans diving down for their catch of the day) We enjoyed our week and weren't ready to go back to Colorado so soon but are hopeful to repeat this trip again real soon.

The direct ocean-front view is just as shown in the photos -- wonderful! The condo is fully-loaded and comfortable, and the complex is well maintained and clean. We enjoyed the pool, spa, and gated beach access. Our family had a delightful time, and the owners were easy to work with, friendly, and helpful. Thanks for the sun & fun!

My family came in from Arizona, 3 adults with 2 teenagers. This place was the ultimate vacation spot for all of us. The guys played golf at nearby courses. And us girls hung out at the beach. A lot! The condo and its amenities are to numerous to count. But they were very impressionable. Especially the wrap around porch looking out at the ocean. Boy did we all get spoiled with that view. There are so many places to go within walking distance. Ron Jons is near and the kids loved that. Also, Orlando is a hop skip and jump away. We took a day trip to Sea World and it was great. There is nothing you can want in this place. It had everything. Even great neighbors. :O) I highly recommend this condo to any family or anyone who wants nothing more than to rest and really enjoy all this place has to offer. I know my mom, sister and I are talking about returning next year.

The following hand printed note was found in the 2nd ocean view bedroom ,in the night stand. We left it in the drawer, but wanted to share it. It is from a 9 year old. The porch is spacious, which is lovely at all times of day and night. The sound of the surf is magnificent. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
