Our beautiful townhome is spacious and BRAND NEW! We took great care in selecting the finest high-quality kitchen appliances, granite counter tops, luxurious spa tubs, and a spacious private hot tub on the deck. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs including one in the spacious family room. The family room is a great place to relax near the cozy fireplace while enjoying an evening with your guests or family.
There are four bedrooms upstairs with two spacious bathrooms. The middle level includes a family room, kitchen, and powder room for guests. Private den or bonus area downstairs with a full luxurious bathroom.
Just steps away from the front door you will find the Bear Hollow Club house with an exercise room, fireplace, a computer with high-speed internet access (high speed internet in the townhouse as well), kitchen, locker rooms, and a community pool with hot tub.
