Bear Hollow Village is a brand-new residential community located at the base of Utah Olympic Park, and close to many ski resorts: The Canyons (two miles), Park City (five miles), and Deer Valley (seven miles).
Our community is surrounded by many other wonderful inviting amenities that include theaters, shopping, the Sundance Film Festival, and a host of fine dining. Our beautiful townhome is spacious and BRAND NEW! We took great care in selecting the finest high-quality kitchen appliances, granite counter tops, luxurious spa tubs, and a spacious private hot tub on the deck. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs including one in the spacious family room. The family room is a great place to relax near the cozy fireplace while enjoying an evening with your guests or family.
There are four bedrooms upstairs with two spacious bathrooms. The middle level includes a family room, kitchen, and powder room for guests. Private den or bonus area downstairs with a full luxurious bathroom.
Just steps away from the front door you will find the Bear Hollow Club house with an exercise room, fireplace, a computer with high-speed internet access (high speed internet in the townhouse as well), kitchen, locker rooms, and a community pool with hot tub.
