This house is easy access to Clemson or Seneca. Convienient to Friendship and Conoross boat docks. Is nicely updated. Hot tub is great. The breaker would cut off if it got wet but, let it dry and its ok. There is no water in the beautiful large cove which is very sad but, we pretended we were at the beach staying on the marsh and watched plenty of wildlife. Will definetly consider visiting again!
