Rendezvous by the Sea Villa is a wonderful three bedroom three and-a-half bathroom villa perched on the water in the Boatman Point neighborhood on the southwest shore of St. John, USVI. The sunrise will wake you up every morning and if you are lucky to be on island during a full moon, the moonrise is spectacular over Rendezvous Bay while eating a candlelit dinner on our screened veranda.
Rendezvous by the Sea is a convenient 10 minute drive from Cruz Bay but far enough away to feel like you are away from it all. Relax in the pool and look down at the reefs below you. You can actually see fish, turtles and stingrays from the pool deck--your own private aquarium! Follow the steps down to the beach below us and on a calm day you can snorkel or swim in the late morning/early afternoon. Return to the villa for a late lunch or early cocktails on the veranda.
The lush grounds around the villa are filled with local flora: papaya trees, white and pink oleander, coconut palms, juniper and jasmine. There are fun mosaics and eclectic artwork and prints throughout the inside and outside of the house. This is a beach house at its finest!

Wow! This is our third year in a row at Rendezvous by the Sea (and 8th coming to the island). This house is so spectacular from its incredible views to the screened proches, and beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms (the tiles are incredible). Sully (the dog) is an interesting new addition. He's very rambunctious and basically a big gallot. Chili Dog is sweet as can be and Baco made it to the top of the driveway one day. I tried to keep water in the bird baths but heard the sound of a large animal drinking from the bowl outside the master bath and expected see a wild animal - you guessed it ... it was Sully!
