Just a three-minute walk from this beautiful wide sandy beach you will find this lovely home decorated with tropical decor. You will enjoy the 3,000 square-foot home with high ceilings, light and bright atmosphere which was built in 1998. Leather sofa and chairs, beachy paintings, and large palm trees in all rooms makes this home a perfect vacation home. Fully stocked with everything you will ever need. LCD 55" new TV, and a TV/DVD in each bedroom with cable channels. Separate Efficiency could be called the 4 th bedroom.Everyone loves this home and says, "it looks better than the pictures".
The bedrooms are colorful and comfortable. A king in the master with an awsome bamboo bedroom suite, queen in the second bedroom, and queen in the third bedroom.The kitchen has a microwave, side by side refrigerator, and all the small appliances and kitchenware you could possibly ask for. The large electric griddle will be great for the large family breakfast feast.
The large inground pool also has a hot tub, Weber barbecue gas grill, and concrete patio set with umbrella. The heated pool is large enough for the whole family to relax and cool off. Lots of floats for everyone. Beach chairs, two kayaks, beach umbrella, and cooler to take to the beach. OR, you can load the car with the towels, chairs, kids toys, cooler, and everything you need for the day at the beach and drive 1/2 mile to the drive on beach access where you will find pavillions, showers, oceanfront restaurant/lounge, surf shop and tiki restaurant which has great hamburgers!No stairs to the beach. The walk on beach access has a walkway over the dunes. This is only a 3 minute walk from your vacation home.

Lovely open floor plan on top floor. Very well stocked so everything I need is there including all the beach chairs, luxury beach towels, floats, toys, beach umbrella, cooler, and bikes to ride. Heated pool and hot tub which is perfect for anytime of year to enjoy. Weber grill for the BBQ's.

I am the owner of 5 homes in this area. I am very involved with my homes and clean and stock them along with the housekeeper, Kim whom is very well trained. I bought this home in 2005 and have alot of repeat guests.
I am also a Realtor since 1996. I have worked very hard to get to where I am today. I am the single mother of three children whom are all grown now. Richard is a lawyer, graduated from Fordham law school with honors. He is also the Chairman of the Florida Real Estate Commission and recently appointed Chairman of the Broward County Republican Party. He is an Estate Planner at NorthTrust Bank in Miami.
Julie lives outside of Jacksonville, Florida and works with Medtronic Spinal Division. She is very successful. Has won the Presidential Award in previous years with this company. She is also a Champion Barrell Racer. She owns a 8 acre farm and cares for her four horses. TJ is my youngest son and is married to Kayla. They live in St.Augustine and the first to make me a proud grandma. Jayden is 4 and JennaBelle is a 2 yr. old. They are beautiful children and love their grandma!

We've stayed at this house April 14 to April 21 of 2007. What can I say: the house is beautiful, it has everything. On second day of our stay my daughter asked me if we can come here for vacation next year :) Thanks, Donna, for having us at your home.

My family and I stayed at this house July 17-24, 2010. This house has EVERYTHING you could imagine-from beach towels to spices in the kitchen, from floats galore for the pool and beach to bikes and a GIANT cart to haul your stuff in to the beach! We had several people ask us on the beach where we got our Gorilla Cart(the actual name of it). It came in VERY handy! Thank you, Donna for having thought of every little detail. The pool was small but perfect for our family, and we spent LOTS of time in it. Also, the walk to the beach is indeed very short, only took us about 3 minutes to get there. This house is perfectly laid out for one or two families, or 3 couples. The master is on one side of the house and the other two bedrooms are on the other side of the kitchen. And speaking of beds, the queen and king beds sleep great! The mattresses and sheets/blankets make you feel like you are staying in a luxurious hotel! Lastly, I will mention that this house is only about 10 minutes from downtown St. Augustine. We ate at a restaurant the last night called Columbia-Mexican and Cuban food-it was amazing! We also took our kids to the Alligator Farm which was a blast for the whole family! You will not regreat booking this house!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, girls getaway.
