Just a three-minute walk from this beautiful wide sandy beach you will find this lovely home decorated with tropical decor. You will enjoy the 1875 square-foot home with high ceilings, light and bright atmosphere which was built in 1998. Leather sofa and chairs, beachy paintings, and large palm trees in all rooms makes this home a perfect vacation home. Fully stocked with everything you will ever need. Big screen TV, CD/DVD player surround sound, and a gas fireplace for those cooler romantic winter nights. Everyone loves this home and says, "it looks better than the pictures".
The bedrooms are colorful and comfortable. A king in the master, queen in the second bedroom, and two twins in the third bedroom. A TV/DVD player in all rooms along with cable. All bedrooms also have walk in closets. The kitchen has a double oven, microwave, side by side refrigerator, and all the small appliances and kitchenware you could possibly ask for. The large electric griddle will be great for the large family breakfast feast.
The screened lanai has a hot tub large enough for six persons, stainless barbecue gas grill, electric grill, and patio set for six to seven. The heated pool is the perfect size for relaxing and cooling off. Lots of floats for everyone. Beach chairs, two aluminum beach bikes, beach umbrella, and an extra large wagon to tote to the beach. Load this wagon up with the towels, chairs, kids toys, cooler, and everything you need for the day at the beach. No stairs to the beach. Pavement goes right to the beach. Actually, this beach access is great. Private drive-on beach access with gate for this lovely family neighborhood to enjoy.
