Why the Owner Chose Treasure Island
We purchased at Sunset Vistas back in the boom of late 2006 as an investment. We purchased here because of the location directly on the beach and the 2 bedroom suites are perfect for our needs. We both live within 5 miles of the Condo and love spending holidays and family time at the beach together. There is no better place to stay on Treasure Island than Sunset Vistas!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Sunset Vistas is unique because while all units are indivdually owned it functions perfectly as a high end resort. There is no other resort closer to the beach and the local shopping, dining and entertainment are within walking distance. We also liked the fact that the City of Treasure Island keeps the entire Island and Beaches in immaculate condition. It really is a special place to vacation and spend family time.
World Famous John's Pass Boardwalk is within walking distance. Visit the many restaurants and shops including Bubba Gump Shrimp, Fishermans Wharf, and much more. You can also rent or charter boats her
There's only two of them. The original in Key West and this one just a mile walk down the beach!!
Great place to spend the day fishing but there are other great spots for free!!
Owner's Map of Treasure Island
We are the Meyer and Smith Family. My sister Barbie, I and our spouses purchased at Sunset Vistas. We were raised in Cincinnati and Kentucky and later moved to Florida. I moved from Cincinnati to Key Largo in 1983 later moving to St. Pete in 1996. Barbie and Jeff moved from Lexington to St Pete Beach in 2001. We still have many family members who live up North and love to come visit us in Florida.
My wife Yvette and I have 2 children ages 14 and 16. Barbie and Jeff have no children.
I'm employed as General Manager at a local Country Club, while Barb sells for Mohawk Flooring and her husband Jeff drives a tractor trailer locally in the Tampa Bay Area.
