Views onto lovely pool and mountains. Very private location and the pool is heated. Golf available at Indian Wells Country Club. Close to shopping and restaurants. Travertine flooring, courtyard with fountain, large patio on pool side. Bedrooms extra large with private bath, all remodeled. Two car garage available. Newer kitchen with granite, fully furnished. Comfortable "Banner" mattress in master. Two walk-in closets. Only attached to one unit and is end unit. Tommy Bahamas decor and Kreiss, it is too good for a rental! Fireplace and Bar. Dogs are welcome as long as they are trained. Not good for kids as there are none in this cluster of eight duplexes. It is very quiet around here and we like it that way. Tennis across the street at the Hyatt or Esmaralda, golfing also. I can, however, arrange a golf game at the Indian Wells Country Club for $100 guest fee. This is a great and warm home, do not miss out!
