For your dining pleasure, the kitchen has everything you need! A new four-seater table has expanding "leaves" for extra elbow room. From pots and pans to wine glasses. Sleeping arrangements are had in a well thought out condo format: The master suite is down a small hallway, and it is here that you will find a brand new and oh-so-comfy KING mattress and bed. Wondering what to do with the children or your guests? The sleeper sofa in the living room was just delivered 11/11/11, so it will be oh so comfortable after a day on the slopes.
The main bathroom contains a soaking tub located in this luxuriously travertine tiled bathroom, along with necessary bath accoutrements: plush towels to envelope you; and because we know how hard it is to travel with everything - we provide lotions to soothe your skin, and hair products from shampoos and conditioners to gels and hairsprays - to give you a "spa" like experience, and lighten your packing load!
A second "guest/powder room" bathroom is a half bath and even has a stackable washer and dryer!
Large underground parking is available in a secure (coded) garage.
NO need to stop by a rental company at night, as we have coded our door for your convenience. Just go straight to the condo!

This condo is in an older Deer Valley Condominimum building but in a great location, a two minute walk to Snow Park and ski lifts, and on bus line. The condo was clean but not pristine, walls and woodwork needed fresh paint. Kitchen cabinets and bathroom fixtures most likely are the original. Kitchen cabinets and appliances are dated. Minimal remodeling has occurred but it really needs total rehaul to bring it up todate with other Deer Valley properties in the building and price point. There is no view of slopes from this condo. It is a a rear facing unit looking at a concrete retaining wall and the other Courcheval building . Pictures don't show the age of the condo nor the lack of view. The management was very easy to work with. I would not personally recomend this particular unit to a friend because of the old condition and the lack of view. Other units in the building shown on this web site appear to be much nicer. This does have a King Bed while others have only a queen bed. It is a small one bedroom, adequate for a couple, just needs renovation top to bottom.
Owner response:Courchevel IS in a great location, and is an older building. And although we have not remodeled the kitchen - everything works well and is in good condition. Professional cleaners clean the property - which was painted less than two years ago. The condo sees much use (due to its great price point), as it is used as a "ski condo" - and guests do often leave their skis on the walls - creating daily "wear". The pictures and descriptions on VRBO are 100% accurate. However, although the condo is in the back corner, it is NOT rear facing - rather, all windows and sliders face a courtyard and a mirroring building. I do assist guests in almost every aspect of their stay - from airport transit to Park City, ski rentals, lift tickets, restaurant recommends, babysitting services, spa services, and more. I live and work in Park City and want all of my guests to love Park City as much as I do.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car.
