Alii Villas is a lovely complex within a short walking distance to town and beaches. Our condo has been completely updated with new cabinets, tile and carpting. It is tastefully decorated with tropical decor. It sits in the lovely garden area with a partial view of the ocean.
The condo is well appointed with all the amenities you could possibly need. The kitchen is well equipped with newer appliances. We have a rice cooker, waffle iron, blender, toaster, coffee maker and coffee grinder. The pots, pans, dishes, etc are in excellent condition. Every room has a ceiling fan to keep you cool.
When it comes to having fun at the beach, we provide beach chairs, towels, ice chest, and of course a boogie board. There is a nice beach within walking distance of the condo and the infamous "Magic Sands Beach" is just a short drive down Alii Drive.
We hope you will chose our condo for your vacation. Our unit has had a very good rental history. In 2007, it was rented 261 days.

We choose Alii Villas as our 2nd home because it is a well maintained condo with beautiful gardens and its on the ocean! It is a short walk to town and also very close to one of the best beaches on the island. We love the quaintness of Kailua-Kona and the friendly people who live, stay and play at Alii Villas.

We love sitting on the lanai and look at all the nature around us. This is truly paradise. Each evening, there is a gathering at sunset, have a cocktail and share the events of the day with others. This is a very friendly complex and visitors feel most welcome.
