Alii Villas is a lovely complex within a short walking distance to town and beaches. Our condo has been completely updated with new cabinets, tile and carpeting. It is tastefully decorated with tropical decor. It sits in the lovely garden area with a partial view of the ocean.
The condo is well appointed with all the amenities you could possibly need. The kitchen is well equipped with newer appliances. We have a rice cooker, waffle iron, blender, toaster, coffee maker and coffee grinder. The pots, pans, dishes, etc are in excellent condition. Every room has a ceiling fan to keep you cool.
When it comes to having fun at the beach, we provide beach chairs, towels, ice chest, and of course a boogie board. There is a nice beach within walking distance of the condo and the infamous "Magic Sands Beach" is just a short drive down Alii Drive.
We hope you will choose our condo for your vacation. Our unit has had a very good rental history. We have had several repeat vacationers.

Why the Owner Chose Alii Villas
We chose Alii Villas as our 2nd home because it is a well maintained condo with beautiful gardens and it's on the ocean! It is a short walk to town and also very close to one of the best beaches on the island. We love the quaintness of Kailua-Kona and the friendly people who live, stay and play at Alii Villas.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love sitting on the lanai and looking at all of the nature around us. This truly is paradise. Most evenings, there is a gathering at sunset. This is a great chance to have a cocktail and share the events of the day with others. This is a very friendly complex and visitors feel most welcome. Sometimes the spinner dolphins make an appearance, as do the Humpback whales, when they are visiting the island.

The owners made this rental experience so pleasant. They were friendly and quick to respond via email, and their condo unit was great. Well equipped and comfortably furnished in location that can't be beat--on Ali'i Drive just south of Java on the Rock (our favorite coffee spot on the island), quiet and peaceful at night. We spent our quick trip (three nights) hiking on Kilauea and visiting coffee farms, so we didn't make it to the beach. The owners had a helpful, detailed list of their favorite beaches, though, and we hope to spend some time at the shore when we visit the Big Island in 2012. Mahalo for your hospitality!

The condo is very nice and in a great location, we felt very safe. The kitchen contained everything you would ever need and it has a washer and dryer. We especially appreciated the use of their beach chairs, boogie board, beach towels and ice chest. The complex was well maintained and the pool was very clean too. We saved a lot of money cooking our own breakfast and packing picnic lunches. I would highly recommed this condo to anyone!
