Recently remodeled beachfront condo at South Seas Resort, this unit has a great view of the gulf and is steps to the beach. The pool is directly next to the unit. There is a King size bed in the master bedroom and two twins in the second bedroom. A pull out queen sofa is in the living area for additional sleeping accommodations. New bedding and living area furniture were replaced this year. New LCD TV in living area. Cable TV in both bedrooms.

Please note that South Seas amenities are not available to renters of this unit, however, our rates are significantly lower than if you go directly through the resort. Our rates can be 50 to 100% lower than South Seas, just compare for yourself on South Seas website. This unit is right next to Captiva Village, and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The Mucky Duck restaurant is a five minute walk down the beach. Golf is available in Sanibel, which is just ten minutes away.
