LOCATION: This is a first floor corner unit in the 2500 building of the Beach Villa complex at South Seas Resort. The 2500 building is the second Beach Villa building from the south very close to the entrance to South Seas Resort. We are located on the south end of the resort allowing for a 10 minute walk to Captiva either on the beach or the road leading into South Seas.
KEY AMENITIES: The beach, the association heated pool, two tennis courts and easy access to the amenities in Captiva.
BEACH ACCESS: There are seven buildings in the Beach Villa complex and only four paths to the beach. Our unit is right next to first path from the south( See Photo). It is a short walk down one flight of stairs to the beach path. It is very convenient for families with small children and seniors. There is no need to use the elavator. The entire beach on Captiva is a public beach and is not owned or controled by South Seas Resort.
GULF VIEW: We have an excellent view of the gulf from our unit. Gulf views at the Beach Villa complex are dependent on floor loacation and position of the building. The 2500 building is as close to the beach as any building. There are no obstructions to our view.
TV AND INTERNET: There are three TVs, including flatscreens in both the the living area and master bedroom. Free Wifi is available.
SLEEPING ACCOMODATIONS: There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and two twins in the second bedroom. A pull out queen sofa is in the living area. The unit will comfortably sleep six.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully stocked
LAUNDRY: The building laundry facility is on the first floor directly underneath the unit.
BEACH CHAIRS/UMBRELAS: Are available and located in the unit.
SOUTH SEAS AMENITIES: Are NOT available through this rental. This would include the trolley, the golf course, resort restaurants and access to the north end pool complex.These amenities can only be accessed by renting through South Seas. Please note that South Seas rates for a 2BR unit in our building are typicaly double our rates plus a daily per person amenity fee is charged. Bike and other types of rentals are available in Captiva. Excellent restaurants, shopping marinas can be easily found outside of South Seas Resort

We enjoyed immensely. The condo was bright, cheery and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The beach close and beautiful. The location of the pool and grills was very convenient. The condo had everything we needed for a relaxing enjoyable vacation.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.
