During the winter season, watch the manatee’s play and the boats cruise by, or fish and sunbathe on the pier that extends out into the river, right outside your door.
This area is a boater’s paradise, where the waterways are well marked and run into the Gulf of Mexico. Islands, restaurants and marinas await those wanting to discover all that the Caloosahatchee River has to offer.
With the grounds beautifully maintained, the Condominium is located on the river in the Admiralty Yacht Club, across from a golf community. The complex offers a shared, heated swimming pool overlooking a small lake, with lighted fountains and walk bridge. Newly resurfaced tennis courts beg you to play or if you golf, several courses call you to swing that club again. There is also a community clubhouse where various activities and events await.
This second floor unit has a vaulted living room ceiling, with loft sitting area with sofa sleeper above the dining room and wet bar. Master bedroom with a huge walk-in closet, private master bath, king bed and doorwall to covered and screened lanai overlook the river. Guest bedroom has huge walk-in closet, a queen bed for those overnight guests or grandchildren and unit has a second full bath. Full kitchen is completely equipped and has it's own screened-in lanai, overlooking the condo complex and grounds out front.
Unit also features new carpet, and tile throughout, freshly painted, new electronics such as stereo, televisions and DVDs, and covered carport. The condo is very clean, nicely decorated and is fully furnished to move into. No pets and No smoking please. Admiralty Yacht Club has a restricted rental program to prevent that hotel atmosphere effect.
Nestled in a country setting, this community offers you peace and quiet, yet is only a short drive into town. Just over the bridge are plenty of restaurants, shopping, entertainment and historic downtown Fort Myers. Close to Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach, Thomas Edison Home, Edison Mall, Bell Tower Mall, live entertainment and flea markets. But with so many things to do on the property, why leave! You will love it here, like we do.
