Don't wait for elevators! The warm Florida sun and cool ocean breeze awaits you at this two bedroom, two bath unit in tower 4, 1st floor. Tower 4 is the newest tower at Long Beach, and for large families or groups, we have this unit plus another 3 bedroom on the same floor. Enjoy this spacious, 1400 square feet condo with it's beautiful tropical decor and floor to ceiling ocean views from every room, or step out onto your huge private tiled balcony to watch the dolphins play along 1300 feet of sugar white beach.
This condominium has a premium king-size bed and queen size bed in the master, and a premium king and queen-size bed in the guest bedroom, all rooms have new blackout drapes. All linens are high count Egyptian cotton, which feel wonderful after a day in the Florida sun! Both bedrooms have TV's, a 34" with DVD in the master and a 25" with a VCR in the second bedroom, and the living room has a new 42" flat screen HDTV. Each bathroom has double vanities with marble countertops, a large marble garden tubs, both tubs have showers. The kitchen is fully equipped for a quick lunch or a full course meal. This unit also features wireless internet access FREE!
Long Beach Resort is conveniently located near all the great restaurants, amusement parks and shopping. Super Walmart is across the street! There is a huge, 6500 square feet lagoon pool with islands and waterfalls, 3 whirlpool spas, two seasonally heated polynesian pools, a seasonal poolside bar and grill, two lighted tennis courts, on-site jet ski/umbrella chair rental, and 24 hour security and gated access.

I have stayed in this particular unit twice in the last year and a half (Dec 2009 and Nov 2010). I would say that everything listed in the description has been accurate and not at all misleading. It has been clean and nicely decorated each time we have arrived. We never had issues with ants so it sounds like that problem has been fixed. It is true that the doors did not seem to lock, but that never really bothered us since it would take quite a bit of effort to break in from the balcony. It was nice being on the 1st floor since this helped with not having to wait for the elevators. We had other family members stay on higher floors and they did have a better view of the beach and ocean, but I was still very happy with our view from the 1st floor. I cannot speak first hand about contact with the owner since my mother handled that both times I stayed, but I can say that she always seemed pleased with her responsiveness. I would definitely recommend this unit to friends and family and would be happy staying here again in the future.

I stayed in this exact condo the last week of July. It was beautifully decorated, I loved the convenience of the location of the unit and we had a wonderful experience with the rental agent, Kim. We did have ants. There seems to have been an issue with ants in tower 4 this summer, we had friends staying in another of Kim's units on the first floor of tower 3 and they had no ant issues. When I reported the ant problem to Kim, within 1 hour after calling her, there was a maintenance man at my door to spray for them. We didn't have any other problems with ants while we were there, so the spray must have worked. We arrived early while the maid service was still cleaning, we got into the unit about 2PM, but it was immaculate when we checked in. Overall, this condo was great, the decor was very stylish, the ants were an issue, but I see that as something beyond an owner's control, and for the issue to be addressed within an hour is great customer service to me. I've rented from Kim's Condos for the last 4 years and so far, I've had nothing but good experiences. This was probably the best decorated condo I've stayed in, and being on the first floor over the beach access was good, also, we didn't have to wait for elevators. I love Long Beach, and Kim has some of the best units there!

I do feel sorry for the next family that stays here. I truely loved the layout. Once we arrived, we right away noticed ants in the kitchen. Thinking we could get them gone, they kept coming back. I then called the owner the 2nd day and because pizza was on the stove she tried to say i brought the ants out. Sorry to say they were sugar ants and not interested in the pizza. The exterminator came 3x and never solved the problem,even worse in the master bedroom on the bed next to the window ants would not stay out of the bed.Ants also were in the secondary bathroom floor an tub.It was not cleaned well also, very dusty, floors sticky, and chewed gum on the head post of the bed. Any person making the bed could have clearly seen the gum! Your patio furniture is all rusted, with webs everywhere. I took the time myself to clean that. The patio sliding glass door does not shut nor lock. Kims response to that is none of the units lock because of the humidity. Again i went to the front office and asked if all units did not lock, they said yes they do lock(like i didnt know that) its the owners responsibility to have it fixed. My children could not wait to leave that condo.I have never been so disappointed,but what shocked me the most was the attitude i got from the owner. I stayed 3wks in PCB and the 1wk at this condo was a nightmare for the price. I have never written a bad review but as i said good luck to the next family that stays, hopefully by my review the owners will shape up!
