Living Area - Fort Myers Condo Rental This Gardenia Model condominium is located in the Garden Lakes section of Colonial Country Club. Colonial Country Club is located just east of Interstate 75, at Colonial Boulevard and minutes away from Southwest Florida International Airport. Fort Myers offers great beaches, fine restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and a short drive to Sanibel Island and Captiva. Colonial Country Club features a full service clubhouse with a dining room, grill room, and a snack bar. The fitness center is outfitted with state-of-the-art exercise equipment, a library, meeting room, massage rooms, golf pro shop, and houses an activity center with a full time director. There are eight Har-Tru and two hard surface tennis courts. The clubhouse also has an extensive tennis pro shop, with tennis products and services. The 18 hole golf course was designed by Gordon Lewis, with an aquatic driving range and putting green. Colonial Country Club includes approximately 150 acres of protected natural preserve areas and 150 acres of fresh water lakes. This unit comes with a Social Membership. The Gardenia model condominium is located on the first floor. This unit is 1209 square feet and was built in 2004. It features an eat-in kitchen, a large formal dining area, and great room which overlooks the lanai. The bedrooms are configured in a split floor plan, with a full bath for each. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, dresser with mirror, two night stands, television, and a large walk-in closet. The en suite bath offers double sinks, full mirror, glass door shower, and separate toilet area. The guest bedroom features a full size bed with a dresser and mirror, night stand, and television. The guest bath includes a tub with shower. Linens are provided for both bedrooms and baths. Ceiling fans are located in each bedroom. This condominium features a furnished, screened lanai, complete with dining table and four chairs, along with two conversation chairs. There is a one car covered carport, with a second visitor parking space. This unit is across the street from our neighborhood pool and hot tub.
