Splash is a 5 star complex with Waterpark under the building. Kids can play all day and won't get burned. My 3/3 is a very clean and well kept unit. We have new tile throughout for a clean floor. No dirty carpet like in many condo's. We keep it freshly painted, and well kept.
Please review the pictures and video's and you will see it's tastefully decorated. All bedrooms have televisions.
