We have stayed at the condo twice and have absolutely been thrilled with it. We have stayed at over 10 rentals through VRBO and this rental is tied with one other as the best. The condo is clean, neat, and very accommodating to our needs. It is so close to the activities we enjoy: hiking in Zion National Park, Snow Canyon, and golfing the gorgeous courses in the area. The view from the condo is awesome. While we didn't use any of the stocked items that the owner provides because we bring our own groceries it is nice to know that if we need something it is there. I sincerely wish the owner will keep this as a rental!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Photos accurately depict unit, which was clean. Location of this unit was very central. Kitchen cupboards and fridge were stocked with chips, candy bars and boxed juices - all marked with sticky notes denoting prices if eaten. Suggestions: Make hall closet space available to guests; have a simple 'gift pack' of quality assorted teas and fresh coffee, etc (vs Lipton and instant Folgers) and allow cupboard space for renters' groceries Many rent units with kitchens so they can cook some meals - they need a place to put groceries. Put some regional activities, city maps, museums, sports at the Village, in a folder on coffee table/kitchen counter to assist travelers with what "Dixie" has to offer. Fix drop leaf table in kitchen area so it could actually be used as a table. Get a 2nd living room chair - as couch is inadequate for a potential 4 guests. (photo shows a chair, but it's a folding deck chair) Leave 2 dish towels and dish cloth versus a sponge. Hard to know what else that sponge has cleaned, but only option for doing counters and dishes. Feel that just a few minor changes could improve upon the experience for future renters. Hope these are helpful.
