Unique villa situated in six acres of private woodland, bordering on vineyards, with a 360-degree panoramic view of the hills, and the St. Tropez area. Very spacious, with large infinity pool, and top quality furniture and fittings--designed to be lived in as a private house, not cheaply furnished for rentals.
Bathrooms are a feature--with waterfall and rainfall showers, wet rooms, and large baths. The villa is totally private, up a long unmarked drive, and is not overlooked by any other property.
The villa is within two and one-half miles of the village of Grimaud, and three and one-half miles to La Garde Freinet--it is 20 minutes from the town of St Tropez.
2009 is the third season for renting, and we have had 100% satisfaction from all of our guests, many of which are repeat customers.

Why the Owner Chose St. Tropez
After seeing more than our fair share of the best of the Mediterranean coast, we decided on this area due to its unspoilt beauty, its ease of access to the rest of the French Riviera, and its lack of railways keeping many tourists away.
With mountains, sea, and vineyards all within sight, and the sophistication of Saint Tropez only a few minutes away, we could think of nowhere better.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
Villa Savannah is about 2 miles from the beautiful village of Grimaud, with its cobbled streets and many restaurants. However, the villa is not overlooked, and it there are no other properties in view within at least half a mile.
Waking up to the views of the immediate vineyards and the hills and mountains is a great privilege. Although Villa Savannah has easy access to Saint Tropez and the surrounding area, we and our guests find that everyone wants to stay around the villa and the large infinity pool - we have to drag ourselves away to go out...
