Wanted to say Thank You to Dana for letting us use your condo. We were so impressed with how clean and nice the condo was. It's located in a beautiful setting and we could not have asked for more! Everything was exactly as listed. There are lot's of wonderful resturants within walking distance or a short drive away. The beach was great and the pool area was super clean! We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to visiting again. Dana was so easy to work with!

We recently stayed at the Island South condo and really enjoyed it. The condo is very well equipped and met our needs. There is a view of the ocean off of the back patio It also sits off the pool but is far back from the pool so there was no pool noise. The pool was quite large though we never actually made it to the pool area as we were enjoying the ocean. It as a short walk to the beach and the complex has it's own entrance to the beach. The condo is furnished very nicely, better than most I've seen. It also was a nice size especially in the common areas. Overall it was a great experience and we all agreed that we would rent this condo again.

We have spent vacations for the past 4 years at Dana's condo. The beach is really nice and the walkway an easy walk over dunes. It's close to good places to eat, some within easy walking distance. The Old Town is just a short drive Great golf courses are close by as well as entertainment for children like the Allagator Farm . There is a surf camp just south of the condo, great for kids or grandkids. But best of all, the condo has everything you need, clean and well maintained.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

What a wonderful place to stay!! This is one of the best rentals we've come across in over fifteen years of vacationing on the east coast. It is so comfortable and welcoming, beautifully decorated and clean clean clean! Balcony overlooks the pretty pool area, the grounds are spotless and nicely landscaped. You can see and hear the ocean and there is a lovely breeze. The condo has everything you can think of, from the huge flat screen tv to the comfy king size bed. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and will be back next year. Thank you for sharing this awesome "memory maker"!

A Slice of Heaven on the Coast

WOW!!! What a great place to spend time relaxing with family! An amazing, spacious condo with all the amenities you could ask for. Furnished to the tee with beautiful furniture, great flooring, awesome beds, and living room furniture like you have at home. The deck overlooking the pool and the ocean with the double doors off the master and the living room offer peace and tranquility as you nap during the day and sleep at night. Or fall asleep in the papasan chair on the HUGE deck listening to the waves crash against the beach while clouds whisper by overhead. The beach is so wide and inviting and the tide pools are awesome. Driving is prohibited in front of this condo (available less than a mile down the beach) making the sand dunes picturesque and a great back drop for family photos. St. Augustine also has so much to offer with many attractions great for all ages. There are many bars and places to eat within walking distance of the condo. Or pack a picnic and drive on the beach in your own car while flying a kite out the sunroof. See horseshoe crabs, wild dolphins, rays, and much other wildlife in the non-commercialzed area. See Marineland and swim with the dolphins, the Alligator Farm, or cruise the waters in a charter. Needless to say, an awesome trip at a great condo. Thanks for the hospitality!!!

Our family of 4 stayed at this condo last September and absolutely loved it! The price was great for the level of style and decor that we found. Loved the large balcony and the steps directly off of the balcony to access the pool/ocean. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone!

This was our second visit to Dana's condo in St.Augustine and it was just as great as the first. Our family loves their condo so much especially the great location to the pool and the ocean. The proximity to great restaurants and shopping is excellent and the near by pizzeria is my husbands favorite take-out. The condo has all the comforts of home so there is no need to bring extra essentials. Even if you don't feel like venturing out, the condo is ideal to staying in and enjoying the large balcony and hearing the waves of the ocean. It's perfect!

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights at the end of September. Very enjoyable - condo is very well maintained with nice view of the ocean and large balcony. Furniture is in very good condition, master bedroom is comfortable and location provides a very relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend this unit and would defintely stay again.

I recently stayed here during my military graduation with my girlfriend and her son. This rental was great!!! I've stayed in many hotels yet, this was my first condo rental for vacation. Talking to Dana put me very much at ease and made the process much easier. The condo was much more than I had expected, very clean and nicely furnished. The closets were stuffed with towels and the kitchen had more than anyone could ask for. I felt like I was at home and was able to relax from the moment I stepped into the door. The kid had a blast too. The private stair case to the pool and beach was extremely handy. Also the complex is filled with homeowners and not vacationers, quieter without the hassle of rude guests. Felt like i just blended in. Beach was great for running and swimming. My mother and father had stayed down the street at the St. Augustine Raquet and Condo Club (down the road about 1 mile) They were jealous of the Tutton's condo by day two they packed up and left, rented a room at the hotel in town and were very distraught. That Sunday my girlfriend and her son were leaving to go back home. I called Dana to see if i could extend my stay for my mother and father. Dana was so helpful and everyone ended up happy. Monday morning my dad cooked me a huge breakfast. Something i hadn't had in years. Couldn't have done this in a hotel. Cant say enough about how clean and roomy and proper the entire condo and area was.

Our family of 5 visited in July for a vacation before school starts. The property is very nice with a clean nice sized pool and beautiful landscaping. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The decor was beautiful and the large balcony gave a great view of the pool and ocean. I would definitly recommend this condo. St. Augustine offers lots and good food, fun and historical places.

We had a fantastic time in St. Augustine. This is a beautiful condo and we loved the large balcony. The personal parking space right in front of the steps to the condo was really nice, too. The owners have done a great job of refurbishing, furnishing, and supplying the condo. The beach is wide and access is just down the boardwalk on the property- very convenient. The pool area is very nice. The property is nicely landscaped. The location is extremely convenient to many restaurants and shopping areas. The drive to the historic area is also really quick. Everything was great! We definitely hope to stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a really nice, quiet place!

This is a lovely condo with all the amenities. It was very clean and neat and had a great view from the wide porch. It was convenient to everything. We were especially thankful for the small personal touches that were included, such as the guest book. We found the best restaurants listed there. I would definitely stay there again,soon I hope.

In August of 2007 my family of five stayed for three short nights in this lovely, welcoming condo. The location is great! I loved that it is not located in a huge complex that you can get lost in.
