We have been posting our first apartment on VRBO since mid 2005 and based on the very positive feed back we have received from our previous guests and high demand, we are also pleased to introduce you this magnificent,8th Floor, three bedroom, two bath apartment situated on the Banks of the River Thames right in the heart of London in Westminster near the Big Ben and the House of Parliament.
It is a 1300 sq ft apartment with breath taking picturesque views of the Old London. The apartment is part of a new development on the Bank of the River Thames with the latest modern comforts and facilities. For safety and security, there is a 24 hours concierge and a secure private underground car park for two cars.
The Apartment is tastefully decorated to corporate standards and it is the ideal location for both tourists and business personnel alike. It consists of 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms one of which is en-suite with shower and a bath. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a mirror walk-in wardrobe and en suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a TV and an X Box game console. The third bedroom has a bunk bed and would be ideal for children.
Families with young children are most welcome and adequate facilities are available for the comfort of our youngest guests! There is a cot/crib on the premises for babies and toddlers as well as a high chair. An extra double bed can be mounted in the lounge for larger parties.
The lounge accommodates two double sofas and a spacious dining area. It has an open plan layout with an integrated kitchen with all the modern imaginable facilities which make our apartment an ideal home away from home. All the cutlery, cooking utensils, kettle, toaster and coffee maker are provided as well.
The apartment also boasts a spacious terrace with views of the Thames, the Big Ben, Palaces of Westminster and the London Eye. Just imagine yourself sitting on this lovely terrace fully equipped with a gas fired barbecue, deck chairs and parasol.
The apartment's comfort cooling system gives the optimum temperature. We provide one of latest computer with High speed internet connection 24/7 free of charge. Free wireless internet access is available also for personal note books. Also provided is a digital channels TV on a 30" Home Entertainment system. A DVD player is part of the system. We have a phone line and we also provide a pair of pay as you go mobile phones at no extra cost. Included in the price are towels & Linen.
All the major tourist attractions are a stone throw from the apartment. The Tate gallery is just opposite the apartment building. Downing street, Trafalgar square, Piccadilly Circus, Covent garden, London Eye are just a few attractions which are within 5-25 minutes walking distance. The theatre district of Aldwych is ½ a mile away. The Shopping area including Oxford Street, Regent Street, Bond street etc are just a mile away while the Financial District and the City of London are 2.5 miles from Albert Embankment. All the major political offices and Victoria offices are half a mile away and within walking distance. Two major underground stations are close by and busses are frequent for guests using the public transport system to travel everywhere in London. Last but not least, Waterloo International is just 1/2 a mile away should you decide to travel to France or Belgium from London.
There is a convenience store in the building that caters for the everyday essential groceries. A bigger supermarket is nearby for larger amount of shopping and a four star hotel (Riverbank Park Plaza) is next to the development. This is the ideal location for dining out and evening entertainment.
