A vacation at Sterling Beach is a visit to the best of the best. Sterling Beach sits on 15 manicured and exceptionally well maintained acres. By vacationing here, you will enjoy a beach front paradise with beautiful amenities.
Enjoy an expansive 4000 plus square foot free form pool with a large paver deck sun terrace and adjoining 12 person hot tub spa. A full exercise and fitness room with weight machine, free weights and treadmills is also available. A 48 seat movie theater is provided and offers kid friendly movies many nights of the week. There are gas barbecue grills downstairs for a special evening of grilled seafood, steak or burgers. A beach-side service offers beach chairs for rent, as well as jet-ski rentals. Para sailing, helicopter rides, deep sea fishing, golfing, amusement rides and lots and lots of some of the best restaurants imaginable are nearby.
We welcome you to enjoy yourself in our plush, custom decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium, with incredible beach views from the den and master bedroom. Wake up to the sounds of waves crashing and sea gulls calling. This Biscayne condo offers over 2000 square feet of living and balcony spaciousness to make your vacation the best ever.
This is a smoke free condominium and smoking will not be tolerated. Pets are also not allowed. A deposit is required but smoking or damage will void this refund. This condo is our family beach retreat and we hope you will treat it with the respect you would your own.

- Amenities
- Air Conditioning: Please keep the balcony doors closed to prevent the A/C from freezing up.
- Washer: This is a large capacity washer located inside the condo in the Laundry Room off the kitchen. This is an HE washer. Please use HE liquid detergent and follow detergent instructions.
- Dryer: This is a large capacity electric dryer is and located inside the condo in the Laundry Room off the kitchen.
- Linens Provided
- Off Street Parking: Convenient parking in our gated parking lot. Please display your parking pass on the dash inside the windshield.
- Elevator (2) : There are two high speed elevators located in the center of the building. Valet carts are provided in a room just to the left of the elevators. Please return the carts after use.

- Cable/Satellite TV (4) : Each bedroom and the den is provided with cable TV. All TV's are 32" TVs. The den TV is a 32" LCD Sony Bravia HD TV.

- Video Library: Sherwood Pictures "Fireproof" is provided in a DVD format.
- Jetted Tub in Bath: A Jacuzzi whirlpool tub is located in the Master Bath. The timer control for the Jacuzzi is located on the wall next to the lavatory.
- Shared Hot Tub: There is a community 12 person Hot Tub located on the Sun Terrace by the Pool. The pool opens at 10am and closes at 10pm.
- Shared Pool: This is a beautiful free form custom designed 4000 sq foot pool. The depth varies from a few inches on the shallow end steps to 6 feet at the deep end. The pool is heated in the winter.

- Full Kitchen: We have a full size refrigerator, 4 section ceramic stove top, full size oven, a double-well stainless steel sink with garbage disposal and lots and lots of counter space.
- Cooking Utensils Provided: We provide a full set of stainless steel cookware and kitchen utensils.
- Refrigerator: Full size with an automatic ice maker.

- Gas/Electric BBQ Grill (3) : Gas BBQ Grills are located outside the theater downstairs. These are community grills, so share them with your neighbors and please turn them off after use.
- Deck/Patio: There are patio tables downstairs located next to the grills that can be used for outside family meals.
- Balcony: Our balcony has 2 pool style loungers as well as a small table with 4 rocker/swivel chairs to enjoy the beautiful sunsets or just to enjoy the serenity of the beach and waves!!

- Smoking Not Allowed: We do not smoke so smoking will not be tolerated. If you are a smoker, please find another condo to rent. It is impossible to remove smoke from fabrics and carpet and it would ruin the ambiance of our beach retreat.

Why the Owner Chose Sterling Beach
Ladye and I chose Sterling Beach as home for our beach retreat because we really enjoyed the beauty and tropical landscaping of the grounds; the style, size and design of the pool; the smaller size of the complex (more beach per condo); the location proximity of Sterling Beach to some of our favorite restaurants, shopping areas, and kid-fun (grand-kid) activities. We also really enjoyed the spaciousness of the condos with the 9 ft ceilings, and the appointments placed in the individual units. We like the theater and exercise/fitness equipment that's available.
Women love to shop. Debbie is our dear friend in PCB. Her boutique in the Grand Panama shops near Bonefish carries a selection of modern and beautiful ladies' desires!! Get out your pocketbook!!
Excellent local flavor restaurant. Very good seafood, award winning Key Lime pie & homemade margaritas. Beautiful sunset views of St Andrews Marina from inside or on the outside porch.
Pastries, breads & cookies. His chocolate croissants are wonderful. Call a day ahead & order a dozen, we do! Very good breakfasts, "real" French Toast. 850-230-0014

Family environment with a bar and musicians in a covered outdoor environment. Good food and you're right on the beach.
Our grandsons' favorite mini-golf. We get season passes because we visit Coconut Creek every night they are with us. Lots of fun and very neat little course.
This Olive Garden is in the Pier Park business development. Good food, family friendly and a good change of pace when you've eaten your fill of seafood.
This is another chain restaurant, but the food is very good. We like the grouper with lemon butter sauce. Their Creme Brulee is not too bad either.
Great seafood and great Churasco steak! We arrive early with the grandkids. Arriving between 4:30pm and 5:15pm PCB time will get you seated quickly!!

We are David & Ladye Hays. We love our home away from home, "Birds in Paradise". We live in SW Georgia so we've been visiting and vacationing in PCB our whole lives. Sterling Beach(SB) captivated us during construction in 2003 so we bit the bullet & made our purchase. We've been very happy with that decision ever since. SB is one of the most tranquil and beautiful places in PCB.
Ladye is wife, mother, grandmother(Lolly) & the absolute love of my life! I keep my fingers crossed that I am also hers! Her duties occupy her completely so she doesn't work outside of home. I'm a Georgia Bulldawg pharmacist & own 2 independent retail pharmacies in Albany, GA specializing in compounding of HRT and veterinary meds. That & managing our commercial properties plus duties as husband, father & Pop Pop keep me really busy. We have 2 children, Christian & Garrett, 1 son-in-law, Perry, and 2 grandkids, Hays & Jackson. We also have six puppies (5 Yorkies & 1 Maltese) who keep us even busier. Heck, just remembering names is pretty tough!! Let's see...there's Sassy(Rutabaga Sassafras), Taz(The Tazzinator), Lillie Belle(the Maltese), CoCo(the CoCo-nut), Beemer(after my car) and Cracker Jack(don't ask, Ladye named him ???).
When we're "down" we like to visit with PCB friends, enjoy the grandkids, walk on the beach, play Coconut Creek golf with Hays & Jackson (season passes are nice!!), do a little shopping, eat at our favorite places (Capt Anderson's, Bonefish, Saltwater Grill, Firefly's, Uncle Ernie's, Schooner's, Olive Garden) & especially enjoy chocolate croissants from Andy's Flower Power Bakery and Cafe. Sometimes we even have time to relax & read a little, but not often.
