BRISTOL PARTY HOUSE... NINE-BEDROOM PARTY LODGE
This is the ultimate party house, in an office building that has been remodeled to a motel layout, with nine bedrooms on the main floor off a center hall, a full kitchen, and a meeting room. Bedrooms have individual locked doors, just like a motel. There are four full baths and two half baths off the upstairs hallway. There is a small secure lobby and locked inside hall entrance.
These facilities can fully accommodate a large group, up to 40 people. The building has a large living room area with two TVs (one with satellite TV, the other screen can receive the satellite signal or can be used for video games). There is a full kitchen with full size refrigerator, microwave, commercial coffee maker, dishwasher, cookware, utensils, etc.
One full bathroom is located off a small separate hallway on the main floor with bedrooms 7 and 9, and can be used as a private bathroom if the separate side hallway door is locked.

SMOKING IS PERMITTED on the outside patio deck. Linens and towels are furnished. Plenty of parking.
This facility is ideal for large family groups, reunions, or any other gathering where people need a lot of sleeping rooms. Less than a mile from the Bristol Motor Speedway and Dragway (call for special pricing and availability for these events). Many local and regional attractions. This property is located halfway between Florida and Ohio, making it a ideal meeting place for spread out families or reunion groups. There is even a paintball playing field on site (extra fees charged for paintball games). Call for information about the facility or paintball games. Responsible drinking is permitted.
There is also an adjacent community building on the same property that can be rented separately by a private group. It has a large meeting area, with seating for 60 people as well as several picnic tables, a big screen TV and a separate satellite receiver and DVD player. There are also three additional full baths with showers and several additional flush toilets in this separate building. This would be perfect for large parties. Video/computer projector and screen may also be rented.
