A beautiful, three-story, 100 year old Victorian home, located directly across from the Cape May bird sanctuary on Sunset Boulevard. Our home is a very short drive or bike ride to Sunset beach, home of the Cape May
diamonds. The main beaches, restaurants and shopping are a five minute bike ride from the house. Included for summer guests are beach tags and beach box to store your items.
.Enjoy Summer on the full back deck with glass table and chairs, chaise and love seat, ocean breeze, and every night sundown flag ceremony at Sunset Beach. For those who golf, the National Cape May golf course is close by, as well as the Cape May zoo. Our home is also a warm winter escape with all the extras, holiday dishes, decorations, and double ovens for making family memories.
There is a large driveway for off-street parking, and a large enclosed outside shower. There is Cable TV in every bedroom and living area including internet. There is also a large sun porch with a double futon for sleeping. An additional sunny living room, with full bath, is off to the side. The full dining room which seats eight and a full kitchen with double oven, are some of the features that grace this home. Our home is fully operational. All linens are included. Only beach chairs are not included.
From our house to the beach are new path(s) for bird watching. There is access to beach but due to dunes and bird hatchery the entrance is sometimes closed. Gorgeous view of ocean from 2nd floor bedroom You can always hear the ocean as you sleep.
This house is available when needing short term rental i.e. waiting to move into new home, etc.

Wow! This house is fabulous. It is over 100 years old and has been renovated nicely while still keeping the original charm. It is loaded with everything possible to make for a relaxing get a way. Every utensil you'd need is in the kitchen, WiFi is included and it is even child and pet friendly! You can tell this home is well cared for and loved by it's owner. I found the owner very easy to deal with and accommodating of my requests. Will definitely be back this summer to enjoy all this property has to offer and the beauty of Cape May.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, people with disabilities, pet owners, sightseeing, families with young children.

A pleasant place with a nice open floor. Well stocked with everything. Pictures are accurate although I couldn't detect the ocean view from second floor bedroom. You might also consider that the property is directly on a very busy road. There is a nice deck in the back though that is fairly quiet. I found the owner very helpful in some ways but difficult to deal with others. I wouldn't recommend this place, except in a pinch.

After staying in Victorian Cape May, This was a welcome change.The house is roomy, bright,well equiped, and the owners have done a lot of work and upgrades. It is close enough to the beach and downtown to be convieniant, and far enough away from the hustle. Our family really enjoyed it, including the dog.

My family and I felt as if we were "at home" in this beautiful and unique home. It is beautifully decorated, with everything a family needs for an enjoyable and comfortable week in Cape May. The best equipped rental I have ever stayed in. Our retriever, Pace, enjoyed running around the backyard and sleeping on the deck while my husband and sons played baseball. The beach box provided by the owners is especially convenient. I can only hope to rent this house (maybe for two weeks)next summer. P.S. The outdoor shower is awesome!

This is one of the most lovely homes in Cape May. It is tastefully decorated and very well maintained. The house if fully loaded with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay. The homeowners are a pleasure to deal. If you are looking for a great summer get a way or a fall/winter retreat this is the place to go!
