One might expect to pack a few extras when planning a week stay --- especially during the holidays. We brought our favorite decorations and essential kitchen items, paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc. etc. That extra preparation effort was completely unnecessary --- the owner of this wonderful unit has spared no expense and ensured a renters every need. The space is well appointed and boasts every convenience. A bottle of excellent wine and sparkling cider was thoughtfully waiting for us ---Such a nice touch! If you are looking for quality and affordability you'll stay at this lovely row home located right off Greenway Drive in Surprise. This is a very well appointed vacation home. It is so close to so many things to do or just sit around and relax. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and well kept. We were so impressed that we purchased a unit within a minutes walk. You won't regret your decision to stay here. Meg is a wonderful host and great communicator. Enjoy!

As first time vrbo renters we couldn't have been treated better. The rental agent was more than helpful with all the details. We were in Surprize to see our granddaughter on her first birthday so the location was perfect. A short drive to our sons house with lots of shops and restaurants inbetween. We were there for two weeksand our other son came down for 1 wk with his girlfriend and 2 kids. There is lots of room in the place so 4 adults and two small kids was no problem. A two minute walk takes you to a large pool and hot tub,both spotless.The t.v. was wonderful with lots of channels. That welcoming basket of goodies from the owners was a very nice touch that made the stay even better. I'm sure we will be back.

We stayed here in April 2010. After spending a few days travelling around the Grand Canyon, Flagstaff & Sedona this was the perfect home for our family to relax in. The house was beautifully presented, clean and well-maintained, with some nice little hotel touches but with all the comforts of home. In the day time we relaxed around the community pool, which was very quiet in the week when most people are at work. As a family with two teenage kids the house was big enough for us all to have plenty of space. The evenings were spent mainly watching the large plasma TV which has a very good choice of channels. There are restaurants, supermarkets and a cinema closeby. We visited the nearby White Tank Mountains which was very interesting to us as a family from the UK. The landscape is very different from the UK. Thank you for a fantastic holiday.
