This beautiful beach home is located at the 11.25 mile post in Nags Head. You enter on the bottom level to the game room equipped with foozball, games, TV with VCR, a multiple CD-player sound system, and a wet bar. There is a large closet and a full bath on this level. Step out the back door to your private pool and hot tub with lots of room to play in the sunshine or grill your favorites on the gas grill. You are only approximately 3 house lots from the beach with easy access.
Mid level has three, fully-furnished bedrooms with TV's and VCR's and two balconies. A master bedroom with a queen bed has a private bath and a large closet. One bedroom has a queen bed and one bedroom has twin beds; these bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. A washer and dryer are provided on this floor. A pack n play crib is provided.
The third level provides a view of the ocean from the back balcony. Depending on your mood, the weather, or the time of day there is a balcony to enjoy. The fully furnished master bedroom with a king bed is on this floor and has a large closet, and TV/VCR combo and of course a private bath. The large living room has a TV with VCR and DVD. The kitchen is fully stocked and is separated by a bar from the dining room that seats 10 guests. There is also a high chair for the little ones. More pictures available on request. Ample parking exists on the property. This house is within wallking distance to the pier, restaurants, mini golf and oter interests.
Absolutely no smoking inside and no pets. Renting to adults 25 and older and families. Rent Saturday to Saturday.
