Hi Katie, Thanks for your mail; well all i can say is that your villa certainly did live up to our expectations! Great decor and very comfortable sleeping; loved the picture on the stairs. We had a great time in Florida and thought the Reunion Resort was excellent, we took advantage of spending a couple of our days using the pool/gym/table tennis/pool and bar at 'Seven Eagles' and also had a game of tennis. We also spent a day at the water park which was good. We did have a tour of the Grand but never did quite manage to see the fireworks from top floor but did see them from landing of the Villa. We loved relaxing in the villa pool/jacuzzi even during a storm! We are so happy that we had the opportunity to stay at your villa as it certainly made the vacation.

We had a great time, and the house was great. There was minor issue with a bathroom door handle, but other than that we were very pleased. We did not spend any thing on - sight. We spent most of our time at the Parks. Weather was perfect just about every day except Monday. I will make recommendations to people I know for your homes. In the past 8 years, I've stayed at Emerald Island, Windsor Palms, Terra Verde, and Windsor Hills. I have raved about all of those resorts, with my favorite being Windsor Hills. We decided to try Reunion Resort this year, and we were blown away by the quality of this resort. None of the resorts we've stayed at can compare to Reunion, it is top notch! You get the benefit of staying in a private home, but with the benefit of the on-site hotel with restaurants, multiple pools and even a water park. The day we spent at the water park, we found ourselves sitting next to major league baseball players and their families...what a treat! The top floor of the hotel is to die for, I felt like a movie star! The service throughout the resort was like nothing I have ever experienced before, they were so accommodating. This house was definitely amazing as well. First off, dealing with Katie Carter and her mother was an absolute pleasure. The personal phone call was such a nice treat! The home was exactly as promised; clean, spacious, and lovely. We brought my in-laws with us for the first time, and their jaws dropped to the floor when they walked in the house. What a beauty. I would definitely recommend renting this house. I know people love the feeling of staying inside the Disney Parks, but there really is no comparison to renting a comfortable home. It is only an 8 minute drive from Disney! After a long day spent walking around the parks, instead of finding yourself in a cramped hotel room, you come home to your 'home away from home', where you can spread out, have a snack in the kitchen, sit on the couch and watch TV, or have the kids swim in the private pool while you make dinner, saving big money on eating out! There is no other way to do Disney!

Hi Katie, We returned from Florida yesterday and I wanted to drop you a note to say what a wonderful time the family had in the villa and in Orlando - it was the holiday of a lifetime in so many ways. I will definitely recommend the villa and Reunion to others as the whole experience from dealing with you right through to the facilities and house was just great. We all loved the villa and it was very spacious for a party of 10. The kids especially loved the pool and the water park on site. The two younger kids asked to go straight in the pool every morning after breakfast and every night when we came home from being out - that request became the most frequent of the holiday I think. We tidied up, stripped the beds (put one load of bed linen in the wash too before we left) and made sure all the pool towels were washed and dried as requested. There are some white towels from Wed morning we left in the laundry. We didn't have any breakages as far as I know although we did find one cracked wine glass which we put in the trash. Well, back to work for us all on Monday with lots of memories and photos to remind us of our US adventure. Many thanks, it's been a pleasure Jill

Hi Katie, Florida was fantastic! We had perfect weather and the kids enjoyed The Magic Kingdom and Sea World. Their favorite part of the trip, however, was staying at your house with the pool. They loved getting up in the morning and jumping in the pool, and the hot tub was a perfect way to unwind after a long day at the parks. Staying at the house was very comfortable and relaxing, and the kids loved choosing 'their rooms'. The water park was a huge hit as well and we spent a lot of time there. The meals we had at the resort were great and we had wonderful service... We definitely want to come back again! Merry Christmas!
