This two bedroom two full bath condominium with pull out sleeper sofa can sleep 4-6 people very comfortably. Condo is wonderfully decorated with fine furnishings. From the first moment you enter the driveway, walk through the lobby and experience our wonderful water and city views as well as having two high end restaurants in the building this Condo has the feel of a luxury hotel at a fraction of the cost. Located on the 30th floor with great views of the water, ocean, pool and city. Building has a roof top pool and lap pool, and two gyms. Building is within walking distance to many popular restaurants and waterfront events including Bayside Mall and Eateries. Building also has conference rooms, concierge service, dry cleaning pick-up, valet parking services and 24 hour building security. Walk out the lobby door and experience the new riverwalk leading over to Bayside Park. Our condo is only approx. 8-10 minutes driving time from South Beach. Building has garage and or valet parking or you can simply walk next door to the Intercontinental Hotel to catch cabs to start your day.

Why the Owner Chose Miami

This location was ideal for the fact that it sits on the water and is within walking distance to the popular Bayside Mall. This building has two restaurants in it and you can walk out the front door to several different bars, clubs, and restaurants.

We decided to share our condo to help others get to visit miami at a reasonable price while staying in a location with many of the same ammenities as a hotel plus the extra's of a kitchen and private bedrooms.

I am a real estate agent in the Maryland area. I got lucky when I brought this property for my family. It was recommended to me from a group of fellow real estate investors. In purchasing a condo that had not been built at time of contract, I was pleasantly surprised when I took possesion and was able to see the views of the water and city from my balcony and masterbedroom.

    • This is a fabulous condo in a great location. We really enjoyed using the luxury full size kitchen and eating breakfast out on the balcony every morning! The parking was easy and very convenient, as was catching a cab from the lobby of the intercontinental next door. The pool, health club and the rest of the amenities were top notch as well. Highly recommend!
