Situated on one of the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve, ideal for children, but big enough to have privacy, Praia Verde. 35 minutes from Faro.
The house is in the private condominium with 24 hour security, next to the beach, in a pine forest, and has a magnificent view of the pine forest and ocean.
It is a house of recent construction, but in typical moth of the Algarve.
The villa is fully equipped with air-conditioning.

Level 0: Garden, living room, dining room, equipped kitchen, toilet support, terrace with drainage;
Floor 1: 2 double rooms, 1 room with 2 beds and two mattresses, WC with bathtub and 2 washbasins;
2nd floor: Terrace with Jacuzzi, barbecue, dining area and hammocks to relax. Retractable cover.

Great Place

This is a great, professional organized place. All small issues were solved with ease. We were lucky to stay here off season, as the rooftop terrasse of the next building is directly connected to this house an seperated by a nice fence. So in high season you might be able to talk to your neighbours we guess. Tavira is easy to reach by car and beach is a five minutes walk. It was great to have sunset barbecue. All neccessary supplies are there, we only missed some bikes and some beach accessories (maybe an umbrella, some beach games - thing you can't bring by plane). Overall a great place! Beach is awesome - enough space and great clean water.

Excellent overall

This property is fantastic - bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas are very spacious. The kitchen is fully fitted out and the terrace with the hot tub is just excellent - you get amazing views of the sunset from the terrace. Minutes away from the beach and from quality food and drink options this place has it all. Would highly recommend and Gonçalo you should expect to see us again every year! Thanks Chaitanya

Das Haus hat eine sehr ruhige Lage, der Strand ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen (es gibt einen etwas versteckten aber sehr schönen, gepflegten Fußweg entlang einiger Teiche durch den Wald). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für den Alltag braucht und war ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen, lud aber auch zum verweilen und entspannen auf der Dachterrasse ein, die einen tollen Ausblick über die Bäume bietet. Eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!
