Excellent get away for my wife and I for our anniversary. Everything was clean and the property was beautiful. My wife were talking about having a future trip to Palm Beach. Several restaurants, activities and nightlife within short drive. I was extremely impressed with the communication with the owner. They called us during the week to check on our stay which is a first for us and appreciate the attention they have toward making their guests feel welcome. Recommend Tacky Jacks, Calypso's, Jesse's(Magnolia Springs-romantic dinner, best scallops I have ever had), LuLu's, and nightlife at Flora-bama's.

Richard and Susan have a lovely condo, which made us feel like we were at home. The resort and beach area are very well kept, and is located right across from the bike/running trail. We enjoyed using that trail everyday! The 1 bedroom condo is spacious and had everything we needed for the week. The bathroom is huge and has a huge shower as well! The condo was very clean. Thanks for being so easy to work with. You made our vacation worry free! We will definitely look you up again if we plan to be in the area on vacation again.

Quiet Escape for Spring Break

My adult daughter and I chose to visit Orange Beach for the first time together. We found this one bedroom condo online and took a chance that two women would feel safe in this complex. We were so delighted with the spacious, clean, and newly decorated unit. It was equipped with everything we "girls" needed to make our vacation memorable. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants a quiet, restful, safe stay in Orange Beach. This property is only 5 floors, thus the beach is not crowded. Bike rentals and state park walking trails just across the street made for easy access. The stash of extra beach chairs inside the closet would be perfect if you had younger children along. Although Mother Nature was not in her best form during our stay,this beach condo provided all the amenities for an enjoyable week.

This was our 3rd stay in this particular condo and as always it was WONDERFUL! We have never been disappointed! The weather was perfect, Shrimp Festival was great! What a wonderful place to stay. Heated pools, beautiful beach, and all the amenities of home. Richard and Susan have provided a fantastic place to spend time at the beach. We loved the king sized bed and the huge master bath! Since it was football season, we appreciated the flat screen televisions! Thanks so much for all the care and thought you put into your properties. Our deposit was returned promptly after we got home and Richard and Susan were a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely stay here again!

The unit was very clean and beautiful! The Palms is a beautiful resort with a very clean beach! The pictures on this site speak for themselves! The room(s) is great, comfortable bed, big bathrooms and beautiful views! You can see one of the many pools at The Palms and the beach / ocean from the living room and bed room! Richard and Susan had great communication with us and even called us to see how our honeymoon was going. Richard and Susan also own a beautiful 3 bedroom unit at The Palms, we look forward to returning to Orange Beach, AL in one of their units.

We had a amazing week at this condo, the place was clean and well maintained. The staff a Palm Beach was courteous and professional. This is one of the best condo's I have stayed in. Now it will be my yearly family beach vacation spot. Richard and Susan your mission statement is correct, "Our mission is your return" we will be returning year after year, I have already booked for next year!!! On top of that, the owners Richard and Susan are so nice and helpful, they called to check on things, and to see if anything needed attention and just to say thank you for staying. I highly recommend staying at the Palm Beach, at one of Richard and Susan's two condos, you will have a wonderful relaxing experience.

Richard & Susan: Thanks for making our Honeymoon so special last week! The condo was even more amazing in person and we truly loved our week in Orange Beach. The champagne in the refrigerator that welcomed us was such a special touch that we sincerely appreciated. We loved EVERYTHING about your condo and we are already planning our return! Thank you Richard & Susan for sharing your beautiful condo with us. We especially enjoyed the large bedroom and the large bath. The decor of the condo made us feel like we was at a home away from home. Rickey was thrilled that it had a nice recliner for him when he watched T.V. All of the staff we were incontact with was so nice and friendly and activities planed for everday (like root beer floats, face painting for the kids, live music by the pool ect) We are already looking forward to our next trip and stay at Richard & Susans condo we may bring our son and his new wife next time and stay in their 3 beedroom condo. Our deposit was in the mail back to us just one day after we checked out we have never recieved the deposit back that fast. Thanks again it could not have been any better.

This was by far the best condo we've stayed at in Orange Beach. We enjoyed the feel of a smaller complex that was less crowded and more convenient to the area. The condo was very clean, well-maintained and had every amenity we needed. The owners were very gracious and helpful in making the entire rental process a breeze. In fact, the owner called just to make sure everything was up to our standards. We definitely recommend this property to those looking for a relaxing beach vacation and we look forward to returning in future. Thanks again for everything!

Condo was very nice, everything worked, furnishings were excellent. Bathroom is especially nice. The staff were very helpful - my car battery went dead and they had someone go purchase jumper cables, just to start my car. If I stay in Gulf shores in the future, i will definately stay here again!! They were a pleasure to do business with and Richard followed up during our trip to ensure we were satisfied with everything. Thank you for a great vacation!!

Simply beautiful! Our condo was better than the pictures. Everything was very clean and all the amenities were better than expected (having a washer/dryer was a real bonus). The pool was always just the right temperature and the beach was breathtaking. The beach sand is like sugar and the beach front was very clean and spacious. Flying a kite is a must, building sandcastles and body surfing the waves was enjoyed by all! Great morning beach walks led to adventurous finds (washed up jelly fish, sea turtle and of course, sea shells!). Enjoyed breakfast and lunch (thanks for the blender for smoothies) at the condo and dinner out each evening. Lot's of restaurants to choose from, DeSoto's and Tacky Jacks were two of our favorites! Very relaxing time, we hated to leave. THANK YOU Dick & Sue for sharing your piece of heaven.

Fabulous Facility

The condo and the grounds were immaculate. It was great to have a workout room with a big picture window. While the view from the unit of the Gulf is somewhat obstructed, the pool below is beautiful, and you can see the waves from the bed first thing in the morning. The unit was remarkably well stocked with everything you might think you'd need. The master bath was simply luxurious and immense. The complex is not boxed in by large buildings and the state park is just outside the door. Fabulous. Loved it. Would come again.
