Your very own cozy, light and bright condo is in a wonderful location near Beverly Hills, CA. It is on the 4th floor of an 11 story security building. The condo is ideal for those visiting Los Angeles or as temporary lodging for relocated executives and/or persons who need to be close to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. You can relax in the living room with a good book, a glass of wine or watching your favorite shows and movies on the cable TV, DVD and VCR, or listening to your favorite music on the CD player.
There is an exceptional view from the balcony of magnificent sunsets and a view of all the amenities we have on the second floor recreational area: a garden plaza with a fountain, jacuzzi, swimming pool, BBQ yard, paddle tennis court, hand ball court,(paddles and balls not included) etc. The building has a gym with treadmill, free weights and sauna.
The condo can accommodate up to 6 people. Your main bedroom is furnished with a king size bed that can be converted into 2 twin beds if necessary. There is a mirrored wall walk in closet and the bathroom has a shower. You can relax in bed and watch cable TV or use the VCR. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed with a mirrored wall closet. The second bathroom features a tub/shower combination. There is a fully equipped kitchen that awaits those who like to cook.
The condo is within walking distance to some of the nicest shopping malls in Los Angeles: Beverly Center; Farmer's Market and The Grove; Rodeo Dr. You will find the most trendy restaurants along 3rd St, Robertson Blvd, La Cienega Blvd and Melrose Ave. Near by you will also find Museum Row, parks and the famous boulevards: Hollywood, Sunset, Santa Monica, and Wilshire.
Sorry, no pets and no smoking. There is local telephone service, wireless internet, and covered parking for one car.

This rental was perfect for us for visiting children who reside in Beverly Hills. Having two bathrooms was a plus. The dining room, living room and kitchen are wonderful for entertaining and we were able to have groceries delivered from an on-line grocer quite easily. This is a secured building with secured, covered parking. The property is quite clean with many amenities that one would not receive in a hotel normally. The kitchen had everything we could want in terms of kitchen appliances and utensils. We even were welcomed with some morning type basic groceries and a bottle of wine to enjoy our stay. It was very sweet considering our evening arrival. The property manager was quite helpful by meeting and greeting us at the condo site, providing a tour of the facility and providing us with resources for dining and recreation during our stay. I would recommend this property to a friend or relative without hesitation. There is a food court at a nearby mall, subway, coffee shop, other nicer dining within walking distance. One is a brief driving distance to The Grove near the Farmer's Market and other Beverly Hills, Los Angeles sites. There is a nearby hospital.

We stayed here for 8 nights for a family vacation. This unit is on the 4th floor of a quiet building with a beautiful 2nd floor courtyard (oasis!) with a pool and fountain which gave our toddlers a place to run around only a block from Beverly Center without getting hit by cars. A paddle-tennis and squash court is also available outside on this level. Walk to shopping at Beverly Center or take a short drive to Rodeo Drive. Just across from Cedars-Sinai, this would be a wonderful retreat to recouperate after a hospital stay or if you were staying a few days to visit a patient at the hospital. The master bedroom had plenty of room for the pack-n-play crib in the corner to accomodate our infant during our stay. Our nanny stayed in the second bedroom and had her own bathroom, a real plus! Secure building and secure parking made us feel safe right in the heart of everything the Los Angeles area had to offer!
