Members of Red Mountain Ranch enjoy an inspiring golf experience each time they play the breathtaking 18-hole championship course. One of Pete Dye's masterpieces, the 6,797, par 72 layout features severe mounding reinforced with railroad ties, steeply contoured greens, and deep bunkers. The challenging layout combined with the desert surroundings of stately Saguaros, mesquite trees, and spectacular rock formations capitvates players from beginning to end.
Red Mountain Ranch Country Club is offering Guest Access Passes for Seasonal visitors. You can use the Club's Pool, Jacuzzi, Tennis, and Fitness facilities for $250/mo. or if you want to use only the pool or only the tennis facilites or only the fitness center, it's $100/mo. If you are only here for a few weeks, they will pro-rate the fees accordingly. These passes will provide access to a Full Fitness Center, 5 Star Tennis Center, Jr. Olympic Swimming Pool and jacuzzi and a spacious clubhouse which provides a complete golf shop, men's and women's locker rooms, a Players Grille, and a dining area with panoramic views of the golf course and city lights. Swimming, tennis, mountain biking, hiking, shopping, boating, skeet shooting, horseback riding and picnic areas are all nearby at the Usuary State Recreational Park...literally 10 minutes away. Further down the road,maybe 15 minutes, is tubing down the Salt River. Rent a tube and cool off as you float for 2-4 hours on
the Salt River. Saguaro Lake and Marina is a 20 minute drive throught the Usuary Mtn State Forest area. Have lunch or go for a Dinner cruise.
20 minutes from the airport, 15 into Scottsdale, and 25 into downtown Phoenix for Diamondback or Suns games. Shopping and restaurants abound within a 10 minute drive. Highway 202 access is 3 minutes away............close yet far.

- Pets Considered : This is a pet friendly home. Although the home is immaculate, If you have really bad allergies to cats and such, you might have some issues here. I know some of the tenants in the past have brought their pets with them. Never been a big deal with anyone but want to make sure you know there has been pets in the home.

Why the Owner Chose Red Mountain Ranch
Close to everything but yet, remote. 15-30 minutes to all the Lakes...... Canyon, Roosevelt, Saguaro, Apache, etc. Yet 25 minutes from downtown Phoenix. You get a felling of being "away" when you're here.

Being Canadian and our first time in the desert, we didn't know what to expect. We're moving!!! We live in Calgary and loved the home, the area, and of course the weather. My husbands golfs and he thought he died and went to heaven. I like the mountains and lakes being so close because I like to hike and sight see. We thought the rates were a bit high until we actually stayed there. Now, we think they might be under market. First class place.

Awesome!! Great views. Easy to get some work done there too with the Loft Office. We like to hike and play golf. 4 courses within 5 minutes of this place. I played them all. 5 star. We'll be back.
