This condominium is located on wide water in the Tahoe Keys and close to the lake channel. You are a 2 minute walk to the indoor pool and 4 minute walk to the outdoor pool and private beach. The Tennis courts are right across the street as is the basketball court. This unit is new on the rental market this year, with all new furnishings and other unit amenities.
Home owner association shared recreational facilities require a pass. They are available at the association office for a fee. Cost depends on length of stay and facilities used.
The upstairs has just been totally remodeled, November 2009. Photos will be posted approximately Januany 5, 2010. Both upstairs bathrooms now have all marble floors and shower/bath with clear glass. Granite vanity tops and sinks. New toilets. New full size washer and dryer.
New carpets throught the unit upstairs and down.
Next year the downstairs will be remodeled.

We live in Sydney Australia and rented this townhouse for our ski holiday. The townhouse was perfect, it had everything in it that we needed. We loved the open fire and the on lake location. It is beautifully maintained and very clean, great place for families to stay. The owner was fantastic to deal with and it was very easy to organise our stay from Australia. It is an excellentt place to stay for any Aussies looking for ski accommodation in Lake Tahoe, only minutes drive from Heavenly.

The Townhouse was perfect for our Holiday Weekend. Short drive to take the boys to Sierra at Tahoe for 1st time Snowboard lessons. Plenty of room for the my wife, myself and our 3 kids. Everything was clean and neat and the location was perfect. Greg did a fantastic job of making sure our stay was as promised. Already have recommended it to friends and relatives. Thanks!!!

This was a great place to stay. The location was perfect, great view of the waterway. It was clean and nicely decorated. The upstairs master bedroom had a great view and nice balcony. The owner was very responsive and sent all the necessary papers and key in a timely manner. We would definitely stay here again. The restaurant at the pier, The Fresh Ketch, has two different restaurants in it. Both were excellent. The Keys is a great location for many restaurants & activities. The private beach is perfect.

Ok, we (owners) are biased, but... We vacationed at Tahoe as kids and into our early adult lives. We purchased our this vacation home in 2006 to continue our free time at Tahoe and are remodeling it. The view out the glass living room door is of the beautiful mountains and the Tahoe Keys lagoon. The newly remodeled upstairs bathrooms are gorgeous. The carpeting is brand new as is most of the furniture (Fall, 2009). Our housekeeper does an outstanding job. You will have no complaints. Our kids ski at Heavenly Valley--it is only about 15 minutes drive. The stove, refrigerator and microwave are new since our purchase. There is a boat dock just outside of the back door. We are looking for vacation guests to share our home-away-from-home with us. We are looking for those who will treat our home as thought it is their home. Please consider using our Tahoe Keys home.
