This condominium is located on wide water in the Tahoe Keys and close to the lake channel. You are a 2 minute walk to the indoor pool and 4 minute walk to the outdoor pool and private beach. The Tennis courts are right across the street as is the basketball court. This unit is new on the rental market this year, with all new furnishings and other unit amenities. Home owner association shared recreational facilities require a pass. They are available at the association office for a fee. Cost depends on length of stay and facilities used.
