This 270 unit "Beach Front Resort Condominium" is located in Cancun's Hotel Zone about midway between Club Med and the Hilton Hotel. If you are seeking a peaceful vacation, yet near all the Attractions, Restaurants and Night Time Entertainment Cancun offers, then this is the place to be.
The beach in front of the resort offers white soft sand and clear turquoise blue waters. Traveler reviews consistently state this is one of the nicest beaches in all of Cancun.
Our unit is conveniently located on the third floor of the Resort with an elevator only 20 steps away. As you can see from the photo here, the unit has an incredible view of the pool and ocean.
Just recently we had the studio remodeled and installed a new custom made Kitchenette, Breakfast Bar, Full Size Refrigerator, Microwave, Beds, Curtains & Armoire. It is "with out a doubt" one of the nicest Studio's in the Resort.
Although this is an individually owned "studio condo", we have resort type facilities with maid services included. The complex has 24-hour security including a gated entry, staffed laundromat, a mini market, as well as an on-site restaurant, lobby, pool & beach bars.
There is an "All Inclusive" option available to our guests, which is offered either daily or weekly and includes all meals and beverages of choice. Otherwise, you can enjoy these amenities when desired and pay as you go.

Please Note: Deposit required is equal to one nights rent to secure reservation. You can pay this with a check, money order or credit card via PayPal. The balance is due 60 days before arrival.
GENEROUS CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: If, for any reason, you cancel your reservation and we are able to re-book the unit for your dates at the same or higher rate you will receive a full refund. If we are not able to re-book you will receive full credit for a future stay.
If weather conditions close the Cancun airport or an airport on your route making it impossible for you to arrive, you will receive a full refund. We do suggest you purchase trip cancellation insurance.

Why the Owner Chose Solymar Beach Club
Cancun is a great vacation destination for many reasons. It's a clean and safe location for all travelers (regardless of age) from all around the world. What attracted me to this particular beach, aside from the stunning beauty of the turquoise colored waters, was all the wonderful restaurants and night life. All of which is easily accessible utilizing the public transportation system. Buses run 24/7 and stop conveniently in front of the resort every 2 to 3 minutes. The best part about it is that it only cost 8.5 pesos ($.65 usd) to go anywhere along the Hotel-Resort Zone to downtown Cancun. Simply put, Cancun beach is a great place to party with friends or family or just a nice safe place to kick back and relax on the beach as you listen to the waves lap at the shore.

This is a very nice, clean studio with an extra large refrigerator and a super view of the water from a nice little balconey. The owner, Bob, was very helpful in supplying my girlfriend and I info on excursions, the best deals and restaurants. You just can't beat this place for location, beach and value right on the hotel strip. We met some nice people at the pool too. The place is really friendly and I especially liked the fact that there aren't a million chairs around the pool with pretentious people with an attitude. I recommend it!

We stayed there for 8 days the room was nice and in good order it had just about every thing the ad said. but there is no way to cook except but micro wave.It does need some little repairs but over all it was a nice room.
Owner response: Thanks for your review. However, as the owner, I am somewhat confused by your comment; "There is no way to cook but for Microwave". My ad clearly states that there are cooking appliances and there are! They are located under the kitchenette bar counter. There you would have found several "plug in" cooking appliances that you can virtually cook anything from eggs, bacon, hamburgers, chicken, soups, etc. There is also a toaster, coffee maker and a George Forman type grill as well. I'm sorry you overlooked these appliances, had you searched the cabinet’s you would have easily found them.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, age 55+.
