A beautiful four seasons fully furnished home in Lake Harmony, PA (The Pocono’s). Lake Harmony is one of only two full motor boat lakes in the Pocono’s.
This six bedroom and two bath home is equipped to sleep up to 16 people very comfortably, with up to 20 in sleeping bags. This home is very clean and well kept and has all new furnishings and improvements in 2006.
Our home is 1/2 mile to Big Boulder, less than three miles to Jack Frost ski mountain, less than 15 minutes to Pocono Raceway and the new casino slot parlor, and approximately 15 minutes to Camelback ski mountain and Camel Water Park for summer fun.
Our home offers two separate living areas one upstairs and one downstairs. There are two bedrooms, a patio/deck overlooking the lake, family room with a large stone wood burning fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom on the middle floor. Step out the back door and swim in the lake!
On the top floor there are four bedrooms and a full bathroom with two bedrooms having gorgeous views of the lake.
On the ground floor there is a pool table, dart board, cable television with a DVD player and a propane fire place.
There is also a gas grill and outdoor patio furniture sitting on the big upper deck rounds out the outside of the house for spring, summer and fall grilling and enjoying the beautiful scenery of the Pocono’s and Lake Harmony. The large backyard with lake access and a dock leaves plenty of room for your boat, summer games and tanning.

Stayed here in March of 2011...Listing is an exaggeration at best!

My family stayed here for a long weekend in March, 2011. Upon arrival, the house was filthy. I had to clean the kitchen before we could even unpack. There was dirt, dust and food all over the place. The dining room table was sticky, and there was empty potato chip bags under the tables in the living room. There was ONE working light bulb in the dining room, and not one TV remote had batteries. When I went to cook dinner on Saturday night, I found out that the oven did not work so I had to cook a lasagna on the grill. Prior to our departure, I cleaned the house, leaving it in better condition then when we arrived. The owner was a week overdue in refunding my security deposit, AND charged me a ninety dollar cleaning fee. When I emailed them to inquire about the charge, I never got a response. If you're looking for a frat house, then this is the place to rent. Otherwise, look elsewhere.
